This company runs a scam on booking.com…

This company runs a scam on booking.com where they show pictures of a 4th floor apartment overlooking the gardens of Natural History Museum, but it is actually 2 apartments, with one being an absolute dive on the lower ground floor with no view, no windows and accessible only via meters and meters of narrow underground passage ways. The apartment is horrible. Impossible if you have luggage or a baby pram. Be aware of this classic bait & switch!
