Excellent service by Josh at Stoneleigh branch. Service was quick an efficient and I got results sooner than expected.

Should you need a test quickly then this is the place. Very easy to book, park up, get the sample taken. No faff and just what I needed. I will be using the service again mostly due to the convenience and time saving.

Approx 11 miles (18 km) from central London, the train station is a short walk from the lab in Zone 5. The lab inspires confidence and the service is professional. The turnaround for a result is very quick, the results are posted online securely.

Helpful, fast and friendly service.

Instructions are to FILL X2 tubes with blood. This is impossible to achieve from a finger tip prick, that is why NHS use a needle extracted blood sample.
Waste of money as impossible to achieve.

Joshua was great today, he was polite, empathic, approachable and efficient. He communicated and explained everything well. Even recommended a great coffee place which is always a plus!
