The price for the forwarding service increased without any warning. I emailed to find out why and they don't reply. The service itself is OK but there are much cheaper alternatives out there now. I cancelled my account and moved elsewhere and paying less than half the price per month.

Just to add: No confirmation email when cancelling the account, no goodbye email... nothing! Just a Paypal email saying automatic payments have stopped.

One final thing to say.. if you Google the virtual address they give you, the first listings describe fraud causes - not a very good first impression if clients google your address.

Shabby and shady. Wish I'd used someone else. Constant stream of emails asking for ID, which I sent straight away. Phone going off in the middle of the night with more spammy emails asking for the same stuff over and over.

If you're thinking about setting up a company, avoid this bunch of incompetent shysters.

I used this service thinking it will save me time. It became a huge hassel and a huge cost. They charge you every time they forward you a piece of mail, but there is no way to find out how much you are charged our how much you have in your account. and when you try to cancel, its mission impossible! terrible experience and still struggling with them.
