Micheal helped me sort out my problem straight away. Family emergency i couldn’t go for show today so he gave cancel my show and gave me voucher i can use any time next 12 months.

To my horror I purchased my tickets for the wrong day. Thankfully, noticed the day after purchase. I was allowed to change the tickets for the day in question free of charge.
Excellent service without any dramas. One happy customer.

I bought four tickets to see Witness for the Prosecution in October from London theatre. I assumed, because of their marketing which suggests cheaper tickets, that I had a good deal. However, I checked the theatre website straight after to see how much money I had saved and found out that I would’ve paid £11 less for each ticket if I had gone directly to the theatre site. £44 cheaper in total.
Don’t make my mistake. Go directly to the theatre for your tickets and save yourself some money

A fabulous show, the cast were brilliant and we loved the production and had a great evening. Highly recommended especially if your in need of a good old fashioned laugh

Finnian was wonderful, I was very scared that my mistake would end up ruining my experience with the theatre as I have never been to a show- but he swooped in and saved the day. I’ll now be changing the setting on my accessibility so that I have to hold the button to press confirm- I guess you always have to learn the hard way!! I’m really grateful that my problem was solved in the way it was- especially since our show was cancelled less than 2 hours before it started so I had already lost out on money for the hotel I booked.

I saw London Theatre Company adverts on social media, inferring that they offered tickets at special discounted prices.
I bought two tickets to a matinee of My Neighbour Totoro at the Gillian Lynne theatre costing £113 each, however when i checked the prices on the GL theatre site, they were only £89.50.
The London Theatre Company called this extra £47 charge 'a small booking fee' and refused to refund the tickets or the excess charges.
I feel their advertising falsely claims to discount ticket prices whilst actually doing the opposite.
Do yourself and your pocket a favour and buy your theatre tickets directly.

The website is user-friendly and I can only say that it was effortless to make a booking. I however made a mistake with my booking of not double-checking the date and after requesting to speak to a representative to help sort this out since it was an off-by-one day mistake (both days the ticket price was the same), Jess was extremely helpful and understanding and did a goodwill gesture of sending us a voucher of the price of the tickets so that we could book for the correct day! As long as you don't make silly mistakes, your experience should be nothing but positive. Thank you again to Jess for saving the outing!

I was buying a series of tickets for different days. After the third or fourth ticket the purchase page started acting up. It looks like the buffer cache was completely filled. I wound up with a ticket for the wrong day that it bought before I hit the button to complete the sale. It also charged be twice for a ticket but I didn't get a ticket.

My experience with the Customer service was great. The problem was solved quickly and in the constructive way. Michael was very helpful.

I booked tickets for my wife and I for Chaka Khan the musical for September 5th. The night before I had attended A&E and on the day of the show I still didn't feel very well and thought I would claim on the ticket protection insurance I had purchased, No!!! I couldn't use the protection as you need to claim 24hrs before. Maybe I should of read the small print but any protection I have purchased in the past has always let me with evidence cancel and claim a refund and not a voucher like London Theatre provide. So seeing as we couldn't claim we decided to try and see if I could attend the show, we travelled from Milton Keynes to Wembley and was sitting in a restaurant having a bite to eat pre Theatre. At 6.10pm I received a text to say due to illness the show was cancelled, these things happen unfortunately. London Theatre issued me a voucher to rebook or use for a different show, I have rebooked for the 26th September. I'm writing this review to say I was only issued the value of my tickets and no compensation for all the inconvenience incurred, please read the small print when booking ticket protection. This is the first time using London Theatre and it will be the last unfortunately.

You were very helpful. Posted a booking to pay my email. Unfortunately it didn't arrive for a while and I booked online. When your email arrived it was £20 a ticket cheaper so I contacted you. A reply said the online price was correct but you changed the seats to my original choice. Very prompt.
