I talked with Sharon to establish the fact that I can get rid of the exorbitant fees associated with Capital Vacations by allowing Lonestar Transfer to battle this scam. I was then assigned a personal representative, Hannah, and she walked me thru the contract agreement to start the process to be free of this horrible financial nightmare.

Lonestar Transfer did two timeshare transfers for me, (one in 2018 and one in 2024), and they made the process for each so easy. They were very helpful and efficient throughout the entire process.The staff was great to work with being both friendly and very knowledgeable. Their
experienced staff reassured me of all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

Lonestar Transfer is the real deal! They kept us informed during each step of the process and successfully released us from a timeshare that we no longer needed or wanted. Everything went as scheduled, no surprises, and the Lonestar crew was professional and competent. I would recommend Lonestar Transfer to anyone trying to get out of a timeshare. There are many scammers out there in the timeshare industry, but Lonestar is legit.

I said good bye to my timeshare in Mexico for several years now with the help of Lonestar Transfer. To ALL TIMESHARE OWNERS: as you age, there's no other choice in your finances but to get rid of your timeshare and in addition, the worse thing your doing is to hand down that financial burden to your beneficiaries. If Lonestar did not help me, I would have been paying my waterfront timeshare in Mexico up to more than $8K a year at age 80. That was the projection and I know it can get worse on how economy of countries performs. They will hide that real $ rate projections and it will only get worse. Also, let's face it you will outgrow the fun at the same location every year. Take my word; the food quality degrades, the drinks are watered down, and when it comes to services--you are no longer treated like a king. So enjoy while you can then get rid of that timeshare now! Call Lonestar Tranfer. Lonestar even have lawyers that handled my case in Mexico. Lonestar even called me for an update that their lawyers in Mexico were in the process of dissolving my expensive timeshare. It's much more fun now checking in to these resorts, get the $300 gift by attending their foolish presentation, then watch them agents eyes in tears because they failed to convince me...lol

Lonestar delivered on their promise to free us from the grip of our time share contract. In 6-8 months and we averted another year of annual fee and taxes!

Easy, simple process to transfer your timeshare.

They done what they said they would and now a days that is hard to find.

Lone Star Transfer relieved us of our timeshare and relieved is exactly how we felt.

We tried selling it, returning it and donating it. Some of the timeshare exit companies we contacted for help just disappeared.

The Lonestar representatives I spoke with answered my questions, never pressured me for money to “lock in a rate”, assured me the transfer was guaranteed in 12 months, gave me a heads up about any additional fees that may be incurred and said to let them know when I was ready to move forward.

Once I finally signed up with them, the transfer was completed in roughly 4 months. I never had to ask for an update because I received periodic emails and phone calls. I can’t think of another company that communicates as well as Lone Star Transfer and regret I didn’t sign up with them much earlier.

Easy and efficiently got rid of my timeshares.

After 24 years of ownership, we had been trying to sell our five Wyndham timeshare off-and-on for five years with multiple entities advertising fast and promised results. We were recently victims of a bait-and-switch scam perpetrated by one Real Estate agent in Florida "specializing" in time share resales, chosen because they were the only ones to offer to sell all of our timeshares as a block to a large group acquiring more properties at the time. The group that was to buy the properties took advantage of a clause in the contract that allowed selective timing for sales and cherry-picked the three easier-to-sell ones leaving us with the two harder-to-sell ones. That cost us a two-year extension of our maintenance fees and led us to find Lonestar. Lonestar's reputation was stellar and their process was simple, easy to understand and efficient. The communication about progress on our ownership termination was clear and timely. After the initial enrollment, we had nothing else we needed to do except be patient. It would have been better, however, for Lonestar to extend the range of possible durations for the full process. The estimate we received was for 12- to 16- or even 20-weeks. It took 41 weeks from engagement to completion and registration/filing of the transferred deeds. Despite the delay, the service was excellent. At the usual rate of increases for the annual maintenance fees and taxes, we have a three-year break-even time for the cost of the service. That is entirely reasonable considering the inconveniences and costs we no longer have to deal with. We recommend their service highly.
