I had a timeshare that I needed to get off of the books. Most companies that promised to get rid of it were scams. Lonestar Transfer was different. I checked them out thoroughly and they had top ratings. They described my options and the prices and timelines. I chose the option with a 12 month timeline. It was expensive, but service was great and they provided a recorded deed that verified the transfer in less than 10 months. Great service.

Lonestar Transfer was the first company that really seemed to me to be Trusty worthy. They gather all the information really fast. They put it all to gather and had Me out of the contract in a timely manner. I was so relieved to get this done so quickly.

I have been with Tahiti Village for over 14 years and got tired of paying exorbitant maintenance fees. I have been searching for a legitimate company that can transfer the ownership of this timeshare and came across Lonestar Transfer. I even called BBB to confirm its legitimacy. The process was painless and fast! We started in August and as of few days ago the transfer was complete. Goodbye Tahiti Village and THANK YOU SO MUCH Lonestar Transfer for the help!

After 7 years of owning our 3 timeshares, we had stopped using since moving to Florida in 2019, we attempted to sell back our deeds to Wyndham after again pressured to attend another “90 minute” seminar. The sales person did offer to take back the deeds for only “$24,000”. We laughed in their face and walked out of the meeting.

We looked up companies that helped people get out of their timeshare contracts. Several companies had many negative reviews. After reading all the positive reviews on Lone Star Transfer, we decided to give them a try.

We set up a meeting and spent about 2 hours on the phone discussing what Lone Star Transfer can do for us. The staff assisted us complete the paperwork online and answered all our questions and concerns.

I would like to express my most sincere appreciation and satisfaction to Lonestar Transfer for their efforts in liberating me from my heinous contract with Vistana Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. I spoke to several representatives prior to contracting with Lonestar, each time they were patient and knowledgeable when answering my many questions and concerns.
I was extremely thorough in my quest for information because I previously lost two years of time and $4,000 to the scam which is Time Share Exit Team. Time Share Exit Team, advertised by Dave Ramsey, lied to me from the start, continually changed case managers, would not answer emails or calls. After two years of false promises and subterfuge, I was notified that I had broken the terms of the contract because I had not responded to their attempts to contact me. This was a shameless scam perpetrated by Time Share Exit Team and their spokesman Dave Ramsey.
Understandably, I was suspicious and skeptical in my initial dealings with Lonestar. Despite my wariness, I was always treated with respect and professionalism. The Lonestar policies are simple, direct and obviously successful. All personnel that I spoke to were positive, low pressure, understanding and well-informed.
I would like to personally commend Catherine Olivo, my case manager, for her exemplary efforts and final result. She conveyed a positive confidence throughout the process. All questions were answered promptly and accurately when asked. She reached out to me, throughout the process, in a timely manner which kept me informed and confident in the completion of this process. I thank Catherine personally and Lonestar Transfer for liberating me from this vile time share obligation.

Smooth process -- started with the company in February 2023 and received notification I was no longer a timeshare owner by October 2023. The staff at Lonestar were very responsive and would follow up routinely with updates. Highly recommended!

After being turned down by other companies because of who the time share was bought from I called Lone Star transfer and they toke the challenge on and had us out of the time share in less than a year. They returned emails and calls and answered questions promptly and made us feel at ease with our concerns about how the process was progressing. I would highly recommend them to get you out of a time share. They are also priced right from what the other companies was quoting me before I told them who the time share was with then they said they would not even take it on at the quote price and Lone Star stuck to their quoted price. Great company to work with.
