Excellent product and looks good too.
The product we ordered was excellent quality arrived on time and accurately described on line. However the instructions were not very clear and we did end up having to partly deconstruct before reassembling. The product looks great and very sturdy.

Great Price and Excellent Staff
Bought garden furniture set with fire pit at a price that could not be matched elsewhere.
Online transaction was simplicity itself and was able to select a delivery date at that point - after purchase I was also sent a £25 voucher for use on future buys, which i have already taken care off.
Only downside was the delivery company failed to deliver on the day and was difficult to get hold off - email received in morning to say they would but no communication throughout the day to say they could not. Staff at longacres were exceptionally polite and pursued on my behalf - did eventually get though to someone who could help at delivery company and was delivered following day.
Delivery shortcomings aside I would absolutely use longacres again.

Graduation flowers - exceptional…
It was my granddaughter’s graduation and rather late I found it was traditional to have flowers for the day. I placed the order with a request for a delivery before 11am. Not only were the flowers delivered in time but the quality of the bouquet was outstanding. Each rose perfectly opened. To this day I have never been disappointed by Longacres flowers. Well done and thank you to the florists.

The plants are beautifully healthy and just as pictured on line. They arrived quickly, were delivered with real care, and the driver was very helpful and friendly.
