Easy website & great choice!
Easy website to use and so much choice. I found the perfect rattan drypot to use in my water feature. Ordering was easy and delivery was within a couple of days! What's not to like.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

My lanterns were impeccably wrapped…
My lanterns were impeccably wrapped ,but the carton was torn and I was expected them Wednesday,Thursday and Friday, as emailed with a time of delivery but nothing arrived until Friday when they did arrived. I would suggest you don’t use them again as they don’t deliver on time. When I queried the date he said they were short of drivers 🤷♀️

The delivery driver was great!
The delivery driver was great. He could see i was elderly and offered to carry the compost into the back garden.

Excellent product and looks good too.
The product we ordered was excellent quality arrived on time and accurately described on line. However the instructions were not very clear and we did end up having to partly deconstruct before reassembling. The product looks great and very sturdy.

Great Price and Excellent Staff
Bought garden furniture set with fire pit at a price that could not be matched elsewhere.
Online transaction was simplicity itself and was able to select a delivery date at that point - after purchase I was also sent a £25 voucher for use on future buys, which i have already taken care off.
Only downside was the delivery company failed to deliver on the day and was difficult to get hold off - email received in morning to say they would but no communication throughout the day to say they could not. Staff at longacres were exceptionally polite and pursued on my behalf - did eventually get though to someone who could help at delivery company and was delivered following day.
Delivery shortcomings aside I would absolutely use longacres again.
