My wife ordered me a WATERPROOF long coat. Used it in the rain one time and found myself wet across the shoulders, back and arms. I assume the 5 year search for the perfect waterproof long coat mentioned in their advertisement is still ongoing as my longcoat is about as waterproof as nylon! Sent E mails to complain but no response. Save your money and buy a plastic poncho it will probably be drier.
I ordered a dry robe and unfortunately the wrong colour was sent, sent a message and received a reply apologising within minutes and asking me to send my parcel back.

Ordered a coat for my wife. Paid by card. Never received it. Still waiting for refund . Owner said it showed up as a possible risky transaction yet he never contacted me to tell me. He said he has refunded me but it's still not appeared into my account
BE CAREFUL - coat was lovely but by the time it arrived I'd had to buy one elsewhere. Sent it back the day it arrived but they've not refunded the full amount - with no explanation why. Tried emailing but no response. Very annoying to have to now go down the ombudsman route.
