The sizing was way off. Normally take 14 but ordered 10 to 12. Massive! Washed twice & stretched. Now on its way to charity shop. Very disappointed.

NO COMPLAINT PROCEDURE The company complety ignore my complaint. I emailed them repeatedly about a refund I was due for a return of a faulty item, and they just blanked me. Will never use again

Reached out multiple times with no reply! Only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. I was charged for all 3 items and I had to open a case with PayPal to try and get my money back for the other 2 items. Ordered items on Dec 4th. So disappointing. As a tall women I don't have many options and now I cant trust LTS.

I am reviewing The Black Ribbed Leggings that I bought recently. They are great because they are not as tight as normal leggings. Much more comfortable and easy to wear

I returned the jeans I bought because they were supposed to be PREMIUM Tall Indigo Blue Lift & Shape Slim Leg Jeans. They were not slim at all, they were floppy and baggy and didn't give any shaping at all so they looked horrid. I had a problem with the return on-line so I phoned and was going to order a different pair but the young lady said they do not do take orders over the phone. She was very pleasant but I am afraid I bought some elsewhere. Not pleased with the quality or service and feel it is sad that you cannot order on the phone anymore.

I placed two separate orders and paid for 1-3 days delivery. The first arrived fine, the second was a complete nightmare. Ordered on 15th December. After numerous issues with Yodel, who were absolutely terrible, I finally managed to intercept the driver with my parcel on 27th December outside the yodel store before the shopkeeper refused to accept it for a 2nd time.
Although LTS customer service were reasonably helpful, they didn’t refund the delivery charge and then charged me £1 per item restocking fee when I returned part of the order.
