Terrible service from both Lonham and…

Terrible service from both Lonham and Chaucer Insurance related to cargo insurance on my shipping consignments from London to New Zealand. Both insurance companies are related and have ignored my two Warranty Claims, and deny receiving them despite my formal filings. Lonham Insurance Claims process and emails do not work, and the Chaucer Insurance investigations do not follow proper process. Do not bother taking out insurance with Lonham or Chaucer. It is not worth it, as they will never settle any claim.
