Great experience there was a problem with delivery but I got a refund which was well accepted

Never a problem with my orders, Once order placed it is quick to arrive and updated along the way. Love my Look Again.

My first order was put on hold as I hadn’t answered my phone to verify it. Once I called it was sorted after a few questions my order then arrived within a couple of days.

I’ve given 5 stars because Look Again is a great company and easy to navigate online but the courier is never on time delivering the parcels and that is frustrating

I placed an order for a dryer, got an email saying it would arrive on the Friday so i booked a day off work then on the Friday got a message saying wont come till the Tuesday, when it arrivered it was badly damaged so contacted Look again and they booked another one for me then got an email saying order has been cancelled so i contacted them again and they said the CS person ordered 2 by mistake then i logged a complaint and someone called to say my new dryer is ordered and will be with me on 20/08/2024 but on the 17/08/2024 i got an email saying out off stock, this has been a shambles and this company is the worse i have ever dealt with

I've been a customer for years but never had any problems until recently with a wrong item being received on my last order.

Most recently I ordered a pair of boots from Look Again and they are too small. However, the packing slip says they are from Freemans and to use their website to return. I've tried this and it says I have to call to arrange a return which seems to me like they are just trying to make it as hard as possible to return things. I'm not happy as this was not stated at the time of ordering and I will not be using Look Again any more.

Company Look Again quite good ,really lovely Monsoon top fits well but trainers bit too small & shouldve got bigger size but was an offer so not sure if could get it .

I have been with them for a few years now and I can't fault them. Delivery is always on time and quality of goods is excellent.

Order cancelled

Still haven’t received my order from 20 June. They said it was in transit. Should get by 26/28 June. I’ll never deal with them again. And I was charged for delivery.

Never had an issue returning until recently. My last 5 lots of returns taken into my local store have taken numerous emails, screenshots and lots of conversations with klarna. Over 5 and 6 weeks for you to confirm my returns. Ridiculous. New look seriously sort this out !

Ordered for next day delivery on Friday for Saturday didn’t arrive till Monday and was not very helpful when called them so avoid the next day delivery service as there’s a good chance you will not recive your parcel
