:Lookah dose not respond to any communication they receive in all forms of contact they do receive from customers interested in supporting the Lookah business buy purchasing using and sharing the positive experience with others, officially promoting the company through the strongest advertising ever known as word of mouth.
Welp my word of mouth is Lookah is a liar company that is ran into the dirt by a bunch of useless financial receivers taking money from the company and putting in zero work
When submitting a message once I hit send it refreshed the page erasing all of my entries in the message form and a notification that said I need to prove I'm not a robot. There is no way the website gives you an option to prove your not sla robot so they are 100% scheduled themselves on how they will manage customers concern's is to ignore and gaslight the customers leaving the customers to think they're not doing something right and that's why Lookah is lie to you and steal your money and provide you with trash junk and zero appreciation for your purchase. Idk how it's legal, my guess is they bank on there victims they scam not to go to the card issuer and apply for a charge back.
Never buy these Lookah products ever you might be happy only temporary until they screw you over because you supported them in the first place.

When I got my seahorse pro plus it had a small crack in the coil part. I contacted customer service and they hooked me up with a brand new one and also offered extras! They were very helpful and it was greatly appreciated!

Great service quick reply via email for replacement when needed I will definitely countinue buying hookah devices in the future.

I got the lookah bear and it is amazing. It hits well and is by far my favorite pen to date. It did stop working unexpectedly but customer service was very quick to rectify and send me a new one. Will be making more purchases

I was skeptical about using something other than my normal daily rig set up. This is my first electronic dabber and I couldn’t be happier. Hits like a champ, love the consistency between dabs. But moreover the customer support staff at Lookah is second to none. I had an issue with my unit, reached out. Got a response within 12 hours. And just like that they provided me with a new one. Absolute zero hassle. I highly recommend this product and anything made by this company.

The customer service team is great! They were able to get my warranty honored for my Ice Cream very quickly & were super supportive about what happened to get it damaged in the first place. I love my Ice Cream, it burns dry herb much more evenly than my Yocan did. I definitely recommend Lookah!

Products came while it wasn’t the quickest they did arrive undamaged. I got the swordfish and love the ease of loading, long battery life. If you do everything correctly that thing will knock your socks off. Great product, though they could make the hinge where the mouthpiece unhinges from the body stronger. Highly recommend just be careful when using.

I just got the giraffe in orange and I love it! It's going to save me so much money in concentrates because of how little it requires and yet so effective. You won't regret buying this one!! Not it mention how cute it is.

Dragon Egg, very cool Dab rig, I am speaking of the lights on the rig when pulling on this thing, "LED', blue, green and red. Works amazing, but the feature I like is the water tank. It provides for a cool smooth smoking experience. It's a winner.

Rig I bought was the Seahorse. Great till you try and buy new coils for it. Blame it on Trump and his tariffs as this company is listed as California us Canadians get screwed. No parts for you!

Really love my Lookah whale. It is my goto for on the run concentrate use, so I decided to try the Swordfish for a lounging experience rather than on the run and let me tell you what, it hits very hard. It does use a little more concentrate then its sister, the Whale. I did have an issue where the button was sticking but under a good 3 month warranty they are going to send me a new one!

I bought a python and the on button cracked. They are honoring the warranty after the date and sending me a new python. I love Lookah products as I also have a seahorse. The company is so helpful with all the questions that I had and they answered my emails right away without delay. Thanks for the awesome products and to all the associates at Lookah 5 STAR for sure!
