I am a tenant and I have been battling with the repair team for one month now, they came and said nothing was wrong with my shower. Long story short since January they cannot fix a broken shower. It's astonishing that their contractors cannot find a solution for a simple problem. I have been waiting for weeks and been showering with cold water all this time. you should be ashamed of your repair team and your contractors that do not know how to see the issue and afterwards how to fix the problem timely and efficiently. very dissapointed, I even complained on their website and nobody bothered to reply.
