The hospitality and coffee in their luxurious office was first class. The showroom was well organised and tidy and everything was spotless and bright.

From the first phone call to request a diagnostic (AdBlue problem) to picking up our fully repaired camper van, the staff were exceptional. We were kept well informed at each stage of the repair journey and some of our ‘daft questions’ were answered respectfully. Ross (senior service adviser) and Aaron (service adviser) could not have been more helpful. And I enjoyed the ‘Glesga banter’ with both.
I’d highly recommend Lookers VW Van Centre, Baillieston and imagine that, given this experience, all future business (servicing etc) that Lookers will be my first port of call.

This was a very comfortable and enjoyable sales experience, buying our new car. Our salesperson was relaxed and friendly and had excellent product knowledge. Sale was completed on time. Terrible. Arrived this morning to be told my service had been cancelled. Woman on desk had horrendous attitude and nothing to do with them was the call centres fault. Need some customer care skills, awful attitude.

As usual friendly welcoming staff at lookers. This is the fifth Audi we have bought and do love the car but the experience was somewhat tainted. On first viewing found a section on the dash under the steering column not fitting correctly and back seat covered in food crumbs. Sales team and service technician tried to rectify on the day but it needed new parts to rectify the dash problem. All done one week later, car looking great as a new Audi should.
