Great details and it's really beautiful, also being high quality!

I’m slowly getting into my golden age so i geuss i desurve to wear gold. I found these 2 wonderful gold coloured steel rings and fell in live with them. They look very beautiful and arty and i’m very happy and satisfied.

Very good customer service and on-time delivery. Happy with the product too. Fine material just as it looked in the photos. Competitively priced too.

Product was delivered as discribed, but in a poor box. Because of the high quality (i hope) of the product, there was chance of damage during shipping, luckily not with my order. But -1star for the package.

The shipping was good and fast, no complaints about that, product was delivered as subscribed on the website.

However my wrestband was too small, so i contacted the shop to send it back. They gave me instructions how to do that, but nothing more. I asked for the shipping cost, but no reaction. Only after i sended the order back they replied to me that the shipping cost is for me and not the shop, even they say in big letters on their website '14 days refund warranty'. If i knew this before i would buy from another shop who has a free return policy, because now the return cost was half the price of the actual item. 2 stars away for this issue. The right size item will be bought somewhere else with a free return cost.

Same content as Rene. In my case I still needed to pay for the product. The guys at lookingnotgood didnt recieved the product I had send back to them. Ofcourse there’s always a chance something can go wrong but I was not helped to the fullest to solve this issue I had.

So they said for this time only gave me a “exception” of 30% discount and said they would pay any fines if the payment via Afterpay was delayed. Well there’s nothing anything close of “paying fines” cause its just a general message needed to be send out to AfterPay saying that something has gone wrong with refund and that any fines need to be cancelled.

So don’t make the story fancy to the customer whilst its so actually not!

There are some good reviews about this company but I also hope my kind of messages will be heard aswell.

I definitly will not order at this company again. Smaller companies just make their own rules and don’t see how important customerservice really is for their business to grow.
