Love it! I got this very cute dainty white leather bag, it’s literally so adorable I can’t get over it. Very high quality! The shipping was quick and when I had a question they responded right away through email. Very satisfied with my purchase <3

I have purchased 2 leather bags from LLS and they were both so beautiful and shipped out to me so quickly. They both took about a week to get to me. I have never had one issue with this company and they’re items are lovely. Will order from them again very soon! :)

Originally I purchased two items, one of them was missing when I received the package, but after reaching out to the support team the problem was totally solved. Staff replies fast and is willing to help. In my case, one of the items was out of stock, and they quickly replaced it with some other ones.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
This is not a legitimate brand. Poor quality shoes for the price and when I tried to return the shoes I had to send to an address in China where they didn't pick the delivery up and 6 months later they were returned to sender back to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

What the headline said. Site advertises global express shipping but my package took 52 days to arrive. It's a white bag and I got it for Spring, but it's now almost August. When it arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. It was all crumpled up in the box and the weaving was loose and gaping. It smelled horribly of plastic as soon as I opened the package and it just feels cheap. I don’t know how else to describe it. I tried to begin a return online, but was notified that my purchase was not eligible for returns. The return policy is 60 days from date of purchase, but I still had 8 days left. Given the time it took to arrive, I felt like refusing to accept a return was unfair, even if it had been over 60 days. I sent a very polite email to customer service assuming they'd be happy to help make it right. However, apparently the "summer bags" and leather (?) bags are not eligible for returns. I sent photos of the poor quality bag as proof and explained how disappointed I was with the entire experience, but Amy seemed unwilling to work with me, even so much as to offer store credit or an exchange. This was honestly probably the worst company I've ever purchased from in terms of shipping time, quality of goods, AND customer service. I know the photos of their products look so cute online, but don't fall for it. There are better places to spend your money.

I’ve ordered multiple times from LLS and all of my purchases have been great quality and real leather. One item was back ordered but the others arrived quickly. Amy in Customer service has be very responsive to my status request and even expedited my item to arrive in time for a trip.

I have received the order a month and a half later than purchased. To return I have to pay and arrange for an international post of a large box to China.
The product style and quality are not exactly the same as it appears on the website.
I had a higher expectation. I think LLS is a good concept, it still needs to improve to execute the higher standard shown on their website in an overall service and product aspects.

I purchased the shoes and it took about 20 days to be delivered. I was not happy because it didn’t fit me well, and sent it back to return. But I had to pay shipping cost for twice!! The reason is, they never picked up, so UPS had to send it back to me. So I paid again and the customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from them!

While this place has beautiful marketing photos, the products are maybe a half-step up from the quality of SHEIN. I ordered a pair of shoes and some earrings. Shipping took over a month. The label on the shoe box was hardly covering the label from the Chinese factory, they smelled like chemicals, and are not even close to worth what I paid. As for the earrings, I was sent a random pair of cheap earrings that bear no resemblance to what I actually ordered. I’ve reached out to Customer Service but am not optimistic that this will be resolved.

I sent an item back to China at my own expense to get a refund. Due to Covid, the parcel couldn't be delivered to the destination address and LLS was requested to pick it up instead. The parcel has been sitting at the China Post for more than a month and nobody collected it; I sent LLS a couple of emails but they don't get back to me. It seems I will never see my $ back. (Thankfully, PayPal refunded me the shipping cost).

Recently purchased two boots. They arrived fairly quick to Australia from China in separate parcels,about 2 to3 weeks. That's where good experience ended. They are not the quality as shown on site, am questioning if real leather - no indications/markings 9f any kind on boot/sole to indicate which parts are leather if any. I decided to keep one pare as looked less cheap, but the other pair wanted to return - i knew from other comments to expect to pay for shipping. But, gasp, was going to cost me 100aud to get back to China I required 30 days. Basically 2/3 of boot price. Glad I only bought on sale, but still ridiculous. Wy can't they do like yoox or outnet and use their account, for a reasonable rate? Also, no PayPal option - a warning sign right there. No recommendation.

Unfortunately the material looks a lot cheaper than they show online. They also make you pay international shipping for returns. So I’m basically expected to be out of pocket $40 for international return to their factory in China. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Be aware that:
Items are really badly made. Stuff from china, dispatched from china.
Returns are at your expense and never refunded since the item never reaches the address where you should return them! (given by a almost non existing customer service) . Stay away

Shoes literally fell apart after 1, yes ONE month of use and customer service was no help. You can get better quality cheaper literally anywhere else. Don't waste your time.

At first I almost returned the product because of the price, but after receiving the shoes, I was very thankful that I did not. Perfect service and beautiful boots!

FALSE ADVERTISING
ordered a pair of boots from them because they were on sale and had “free express shipping”. This shipping claim ended up being totally bogus. First of all, it took them nearly a month to ship out the shoes. I guess they did not actually have any shoes to sell but sold them anyways. Several back and forth e-mails with customer service yielded no further info just that they were under pressure due to Covid, which I mean, a day or two delay is expected, but a month???. This was only the beginning of issues. They ended up sending the shoes from the US to Canada using UPS (which in its own right took almost two weeks!), so when I got the tracking I was notified I owed more than 60$ in duties and fees! I ended up trying to broker my own parcel with the CBSA so I would not have to pay UPS’s service fees (which are criminal in their own right) long story short after a month of stress I have a pair of boots that are just ok and I am still trying to sort out the duties I owe due to UPS screwing things up at their end. The shoes fit super small but look mostly like the photos. All in all, I will not order from them again and would strongly discourage anyone else from buying unless you are prepared to spend double the advertised price to actually get the shoes and are willing to wait a really long time

Very disappointing:
- long time from order to delivery
- shoes came from China
- don't fit at all
- return process not clear -> hidden on the website
- started a return process 7.3.21, still don't have an answer
- clear already that I have to pay around 20 Euros to return the shoes.

And I got this superficial answer and still donˋt have a clue (2 weeks after the first request) how to return the shoes, that are much too small.

I wish I saw these reviews first! First tome I ever bought something off of an Instagram advertisement and definitely the last. It took forever to get these in the mail after sending four emails and multiple weeks they finally came in. Paid $100 (on sale) for one pair of booties that are definitely not made well and are very cheaply made. They are also from China which is not what they advertised. The show is also significantly smaller and don’t fit. DO NOT BUY.
I am going to try and return them but am scared to based on all of the other experiences other people have had.
