In the beginning, I found the design and color both look very nice, but then I found all their designs were exactly the same as another brand called 'by far', which is more expensive. I really don't know which brand is copying.

I bought a pair of shoes, and when I tried them on it seemed as if the heel might fall off if I stepped the wrong way. The design was beautiful, but not made from sturdy enough materials. It was made from vegan leather and acrylic, which is stated of the website, but the acrylic used for the sole so flimsy I don’t think it would last long walking around. I think even if there was some small improvements to design the shoes would feel sturdier. Good for insta pics, and the package was nicely packed and it came pretty quick in the mail. I’m just disappointed in what they used for the sole. I’m going to return them.

Not worth it. I bought the Ivara Rattan Bag - Natural and the rattan was very poorly woven and broken in most places. It looks cute enough to use for the summer, but it's definitely not a long-term use bag. I expect it will fall apart within a few months...

So far, not happy with the way they deal with their return process. To add to it, the bag color is definitely not the same color as they show on their website. Overall the bag is okay, just misleading when it comes to the color of the bag.

Honest Review: Stellar Customer Service, Beautiful Bags at Fantastic Prices!
Disclosure: this is a completely honest review and I have no affiliation with Looks Like Summer, nor did they gift any of their products as I purchased them all myself.
I have made 2 orders from Looks Like Summer so far with purchases of 3 Claudette pouch bags and 2 Monreau bags between October and November 2019. Shipping was very fast and trackable and personally, I am very happy with my bags. People keep saying the bags are not made of real leather (with particular mention of the Claudette bags) but they are indeed leather. All the bags (not just the Claudette) comes with a piece of genuine leather tag and I compared both the tag against the bags, did the leather smell and touch test, etc. They are all indeed genuine leather. The bags may not necessarily be the same high end leather of the $2,000 - $2,700 USD Bottega Veneta bags, but they are definitely leather (you can look very closely and notice the natural leather texture markings). I’m waiting for the spring season to arrive to start using my Monreau bags (also leather and excellent in quality and how they are made) but so far all of my Claudette bags have had no problem.
I use one of my small Claudette pouches literally all the time - which by the way, the small pouch bag holds SO MUCH. I’m so glad I got 2 small Claudette bags and just 1 large one - I only got the large so I can fit my Hermès Constance long wallet (and STILL, there’s so much space left). I love them all but I prefer and get much better use out of the small size Claudette bags. I’ve been using them for almost 4 months now without any issues or any changes in their quality. Even with a little bit of rain on them, it doesn’t ruin them at all. Plus the pricing of these beautiful bags that are well made is excellent. Of course you get what you buy and they are very good for the price. I have one authentic Bottega Veneta Intrecciato hobo bag in white and for how much I spent, I only got to use it for a few years before it turned completely dirty (incredibly sad about this as it’s just sleeping in my closet so I will need to look at expensive restoration services in the future). So in that way, bags from Looks Like Summer work really great for me!! I am not spending thousands on a trendy / fad bag. Though I got a few pieces of theirs in white, I wouldn’t feel as bad if they eventually so get slightly dirty (if they even do, maybe) because I didn’t spend a fortune on them. Even then, since my own authentic Bottega bag experience, I have learned to be more careful with all my leather bags since, regardless of their prices.
Last but most importantly, I was also VERY happy with their customer service. Long story short, they immediately replied to my email with a question I had and they were happy to adjust the discount for me with no questions asked, AND, was happy to offer me another coupon code too. Communication was very friendly and nice, prompt, clear and no hassle at all. Stellar customer service all over!! I believe the customer service comes from Portugal but based on what I can tell, they have various drop ship distribution outlets throughout the world in order to get their products out to their customers faster, obviously depending on where the customer lives / where the products are sent to.

I purchased so many leather bags (7), at one shot coz the quality seems very good with very neat tailoring in the photos. However, it they are way below expectations. The quality is really really not worth the price, not even half of their sale price. Secondary, the packaging is so also very bad, with just plastic and cover. Hello,again! I’m reading all those negative reviews and can’t believe how people have no clue what their talking about! First, I will emphasize again that their customer service is excellent! They replaced my bag immediately. Second, the bag comes with a small piece of what the bag is made for. Do you really now how to prove if a bag is leather or not? Take that small piece and light it on with the lighter like I did—nothing happened, meaning that yes it’s leather. I have to be honest though that the strap in my opinion is not leather on the Claudette bag, but personally I took the strap out on all my bags cause this is my style. How can compare this bag with the cheap plastic ones of $13. Such a shame! As per the China, hello?, where do you live. Even designer have their products Made in China!
