We purchased a loom and leaf bed for several reasons. Price v. Quality, we simply cannot afford a $1000 bed for our little ones, yet we still wanted the quality from an American company. They made it possible for us to purchase something safe like a mattress for our two little ones. We love this mattress so much we just purchased a second one for my other little one graduating into a big kids bed. We know its comfy because we have slept right alongside my daughter. And the service both times has been some of the best we have had. Therefore, no complaints so far. We are all satisfied customers.

We received our new Loom & Leaf mattress way sooner than expected and slept on it the very first night. OMG - it is awesome. Even my pessimistic husband loved it. No morning aches or pains, no sweating through the night on a hot memory foam mattress. This is the best bed ever!

Buying a new mattress was a big decision, especially buying sight unseen. I had all of my questions answered completely from well trained pleasant patient individuals. Nothing was too much trouble. I also ordered the adjustable bed frame. It fits within the your bed frame and eliminated the need for a box spring. It is very quiet, and the remote is simple to use. I have not slept this well in years! The mattress is very comfortable without being too soft, the adjustments have virtually eliminated my husband's snoring (priceless!) and my five rescued cats and dog all love it as well!

I bought a loom and leaf mattress 14 months ago and it has already been replaced and is not any better. This company’s customer service is great but the mattress is not. I am an active and healthy 35 year old female. I only sleep in this bed 5 -6 hours per night and the loom and leaf bed causes me so much back pain. I feel like an old person getting out of this bed. I would rather sleep on my daughters $400 Serta. I get out of her bed with no problems. Do yourself a favor and buy your next mattress at the mattress store.

We got our Loom & Leaf mattress one week ago. My low back has been hurting for months and I could not spend an entire night in bed. Since getting the new mattress I am now sleeping all night in my bed and my back is feeling much better. The lumbar area of the Loom & Leaf has helped immensely. I highly recommend this mattress!

From beginning to end this has been a great experience with this company. Everyone from customer service, especially Chester, to the delivery guys were professional, efficient, courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend Loom and Leaf to all my friends and family. The Best!

I can't stress enough how wonderful this company is! The customer service is way beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I was very leery about buying a bed online but they put my fears at ease. This is the most fantastic bed I have ever slept in! I highly recommend Loom & Leaf to everyone, which is saying a lot because I am VERY picky about anything I buy!

We have had our king size mattress for almost 2 years and we still absolutely love it. Every mattress I’ve ever had has left me with aching knees, hips, and back. Since we’ve had our Loom & Leaf I’ve never woke in the morning with any aches or pains.

I bought a Loom and Leaf mattress in October of 2016. From the first night it was absolute heaven. I look forward to good g to bed! I travel a lot and stay in nice hotels but never like a bed as much as my Loom and Leaf. I will never purchase a different brand. I have the relaxed firm.

Before buying a mattress and lineal base I did countless hours of research and spoke to many friends. One friend recommended Saatva and it was a wonderful choice. I purchased the Loom and Leaf King relaxed firm mattress ( memory foam) and the synced king lineal by Saatva adjustable bed. Not only did I pay much less than the comparable set locally, the company was the best I ever used. From the salesman to customer service to delivery, everything was perfect. My concerns were answered quickly and completely and we love our bed. Save yourself time/money and call Saatva. You will be glad you did.

Purchased and received the Loom and Leaf and Lineal Base about a week ago. Delivery came on time and the delivery guys were great. They took away the old mattress and box springs. Took one hour to set up. The mattress we got was the relax firm. Not too soft, not too hard. Absolutely perfect for us. The Lineal Base is outstanding! A lot of features and wall hugger. Customer Service was great as well. Called a couple times for info, friendly and informed. I did a lot of research before the purchase and it paid off!!

We purchased a mattress from Loom&Leaf about 10 months ago and love it. It is everything the company said it was. I was skeptical about buying a mattress on the internet but I read the reviews and tried it. I also thought that laying on a mattress for 30 seconds in a store did not provide much of a test. The delivery and setup was very professional.

I purchased the Loom and Leaf firm nearly a year ago, and after a couple of weeks I posted a VERY positive review of the mattress. I am a male side side sleeper, 190 lbs, and my wife is also a side sleeper, 120 lbs. 3 months after purchasing the mattress, the cavities were so bad and the mattress (to me) was lumpy to the point that it poked into my ribs. Loom and Leaf replaced the mattress, so I was grateful and hoped it was a fluke mattress.

Well, it wasn't a fluke, the replacement turned out to be just as bad. I can't even sleep on it at all. So it cost me $1800 for a mattress we can't use after less that a year.

I purchased a wonderful queen mattress and box spring from this company several months ago. It is a wonderful mattress for me and I no longer awake with joint pain from my generalized arthritis. Last week the box spring slipped off the platform on my frame and broke in two! When I called Loom and Leaf---not to get something for nothing but just to see how to go about getting this situation remedied---they offered a new box spring, free delivery, and removal of the broken one for FREE! This company stands by their product and, even more importantly, their customers! Thank you Loom & Leaf!

So far so good. The bed is constructed extremely well and offers a wonderful nights sleep. Purchase was easy, Free delivery also included the set up in the bedroom.
This mattress does not come in a box like some do.

After extensive in-person and online shopping because our bad backs could no longer stand sleeping on a traditional mattress, we decided to purchase 2 Loom and Leaf "Relaxed Firm" Twin XL mattresses. They arrived as promised on 11/16/2017. Seven weeks later we can say that they have exceeded all of our high expectations. Our backaches are gone and we are sleeping longer and more deeply than we can remember. Not ony that, but the mattresses cost a small fraction of the mattresses on sale at a nearby "name-brand" store and yet are every bit as comfortable, if not better. You literally feel like you are floating. We also had problems with getting too warm while sleeping and that problem is solved. The mattresses stay at a uniform comfortable temperature no matter how long we're in bed, and another bonus is that our tossing and turning has almost completely ceased. One more thing: the company reps could not have been nicer. I can say without reservation that we honestly don't know why we waited as long as we did.

Issues with delivery and dishonest company, I had my family coming for Christmas, ordered the mattress 18 days before, they promised to deliver it before the holiday and scheduled a delivery date, they didn't showed up and didn't bother to call. When I called them they kept saying that they will check the status and get back to me and they never did, they lied and said they kept calling me and the phone didn't work but I got phone calls all day, then they said they emailed me but I didn't got any email from them what so ever. Very unprofessional company.

Sleeping Like a Baby!!!
I am not a regular online shopper therefore, I was extremely nervous about making such a large purchase online. I spent some time on the chat line asking quite a few questions then printed out the conversation just to make sure. After approximately three months of research and comparison shopping I finally decided to take the plunge and order a L&L mattress. I was so nervous that I placed the order by phone where I could speak with a live person. The customer service person was very helpful in ensuring that I was well informed about the product, delivery and warranties He was very patient answering all my many questions and I did not feel rushed. My new mattress was delivered within 2-1/2 weeks from order date; the delivery persons set up the new mattress "as promised" and removed my old one "as promised". I can say, the experience was fantastic from beginning to end, they fulfilled all my expectations and I would definitely recommend Saatva to anyone who is looking for a new mattress. I am enjoying my new L&L mattress... so far so good. Ivis (Toronto, Canada).

As good or better than any mattress in stores. The quality for the value is incredible. No more achy morning back. Add this mattress to a Saatva base and you have the perfect bed. Not to mention the best customer service and warranty available. We took a chance online and couldn't be happier.
