Evaluating 82 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers find the platform easy to use and navigate, appreciating its intuitive interface and organizational structure for social media planning and collaboration. People highlight its effectiveness in scheduling content across various platforms, managing multiple accounts, and streamlining social media management, which saves time and keeps campaigns organized. Reviewers also value the helpful tips provided and the ability to maintain a calendar and edit posts easily. Some customers also noted a decline in customer support quality, citing issues like the removal of instant messaging help and a lack of responsiveness or care when problems arise, especially concerning technical glitches or publishing failures on platforms like Instagram and X. Additionally, some users mentioned a lack of updates and customization options, as well as problems connecting to certain social media platforms.

Great experience

We've had good experience in Loomly for our nonprofit since switching from Hootsuite. The ease of use, the connected accounts, and the ability to maintain a calendar and edit at will have been great.

I’ve had a great experience with Loomly…

I’ve had a great experience with Loomly overall. It’s been a really useful platform for planning, organizing, and scheduling content—especially when managing multiple accounts and staying consistent with posting.

I recently ran into a billing issue, and Ella from customer support handled it quickly and professionally. She was responsive, understanding, and resolved everything without any hassle.

Really appreciate both the platform and the level of service—always a good sign when a company stands behind their customers like this.

Highly recommend!

Powerful and Easy to Use Social Media Tool

I’ve had a great experience using Loomly. The platform is very intuitive, well organized, and makes social media planning and collaboration extremely smooth. The post calendar, content previews, approval workflows, and scheduling features save a lot of time and reduce back and forth with team members.

What I appreciate most is how structured everything feels. It keeps campaigns organized, deadlines clear, and performance easy to track. The interface is clean, fast, and user friendly, even when managing multiple accounts.

Highly recommended for teams and agencies that want a reliable and professional social media management solution.

Loomly Has Changed And Not For The Better.

I've been a loomly customer since early 2019 and was a very big advocate for this platform and the innovative team behind it. I don't know what has gone wrong the past 12 months but the wheels are absolutely off. Silly development changes that add extra steps, technical glitches and removal of the support chat should have been warning signs. Today, I was slugged with a 600% increase in my subscription (from $69 AUD to just over $600 AUD). No notice, no discussion - just an attempt to charge my card for the larger amount. I've reached out twice today but there is zero cares given from support. Social scheduling programs are everywhere so Loomly will undoubtedly see a mass exodus. It was never the best program but the support, the fact you could reach out with a suggestion and they implemented it - was more than enough to avoid us shopping around for the past 7 years. That just changed in one night. Want a lesson on how to erode long-term customer loyalty in under 24 hours - this is it!

Loomly has been good for me for two…

Loomly has been good for me for two years but now I am having technical issues with connecting to Facebook and discovered there is NO option to talk to someone - just a chatbot that tells me nonsense (and when I followed its instructions it made the problem worse). There is no way to contact someone, no email, no help desk, no phone number, no social media accounts. This makes Loomly very risky for a business. I don't recommend it.

Truly 0 stars.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. After years of loyalty and recommending them to others I was sent an email stating a 300% price increase with no other feasible option. I do not use this product to the point of justifying paying $332 a month for it, and the only other option is to switch to the free version which gives you literally nothing. Other than managing social for my clients, I am in a position of being a marketing consultant for businesses and other agencies. 100% of the time I do and will continue to make a point to not use Loomly when recommending a social management platform. It's expensive with no significant upgrades being made to justify it. Crazy. I hope this bites them.

Cancelled my subscription today

Cancelled my subscription today. After years of loyalty, I received the notice Loomly is raising prices 100% (and for some, nearly 300%)

They stomped on the small business. There are other softwares out there that are still friendly to the entrepreneur - I implore you to search for them and disregard Loomly.

This company can and will pull the rug out from you. You've been warned.

Ridiculous Price Increase and No Service

We received an email stating that our monthly subscription price would increase more than 400%. With less than a month's notice, we found another platform and started the process of moving all of our posts over to the new platform. When I started the process of cancelling Loomly, I received an offer to go back to the previous price for 12 months, so I clicked it. Then I started a chat with the support bot to confirm that we would actually be charged the correct fee. The bot responded that Loomly does not give any discounts or special offers. With that, I decided to cancel, and my cancellation triggered an automatic email saying that if there is anything they can do to change my mind, I just have to reply to the email. I reply to the email with my story, and I get an automatic response that this email does not accept replies. Greedy, shady, and unresponsive. Horrible, horrible customer service.

In perhaps the dumbest business move…

In perhaps the dumbest business move ever, Loomly increeased their prices from $300 a year to $300 a month. Very stupid move! They're service is good but it literally only saves you 15 minutes out of the day. I'll save my money and spend an extra 15 minutes a day doing what Loomly does.

Extremely Disappointed with Pricing and Communication

I’ve been a loyal Loomly user for quite some time, but I am extremely disappointed with their recent pricing changes. They abruptly raised their monthly fee from $75 to $332 — that’s more than a 300% increase — with only a single email as notice. No additional communication, no gradual rollout, no real explanation or options for loyal customers.

This kind of pricing hike without clear, proactive engagement is unacceptable, especially for small businesses that rely on budgeting and stability. I expected more transparency and consideration from a platform I've trusted to manage my content calendars. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

900% price increase

Do not use this service. I’ve been using it for the past two years paying $35/month, which seemed reasonable to me for what it offered, although the interface is a bit clunky and outdated and it’s lacking the bells and whistles of other scheduling services. But it did the job, so I stuck with it.

They just sent me an email saying that I will be AUTOMATICALLY upgraded to their new plan next month, which costs $332/month. A nearly 900% price increase. This is insane, and the fact that they’re automatically enrolling people in the new plan is extremely predatory. If I had missed the email, I’d have been charged $300 more next month than I had planned for! A change like this should require an opt IN, not out.

I have 6 months of future content already scheduled and two years of previously scheduled content that I reference frequently. I’m going to lose all of that when I switch services. Why a SCHEDULING service couldn’t be bothered to give its customers more than a month’s notice for a change like this is beyond me.
