Absolutely pointless sending anything off. Having bought a Karen Millen top I decided to sell some of my own clothes and applied for two bags to fill. Recycling is very much on my mind and I liked Loopsters idea.

Off I sent my bag and received an email to say they had it and it would take 2-3 weeks before any money appeared. Three weeks went by and they said that there was a backlog that's fine I thought and then an email saying they couldn't cope so would be returning my parcel.

All a bit pointless really the clothes were a mixed bag in great condition, clearly they are receiving too much. I didn't fmdo it to financially gain will take it to charity a far better cause.

I have used Loopster several times now, and extremely happy with the clothes and service. I have 2 daughters who are at college and university and loved 2nd hand clothes and I have picked up some great brands at bargain prices for them which they loved. All done whilst doing a little bit for the environment too, whats not to like.

I have used Loopster multiple times for both buying and selling my children's and my old clothes. I find the selling process to be really easy and am happy with the offers I have received. I accept that other people are saying the offers are low, but I disagree. I think that for the most part I get broadly the same as I would selling the clothes as a bundle and it is a lot less stressful and time consuming than it would be to sell items individually on other sites. Plus if items are "rejected" they are still going on to a charitable cause. I have also been pleased with the quality of clothes that I have purchased. They have all been clean, well packaged, and with a lot of wear left in them and I much prefer supporting a slow fashion retailer and getting a good brand at and affordable price rather. The only very minor frustration is it can take a few weeks for a bag to be processed and an offer made, but with how busy they have been that is understandable.

I have used loopster many times since the first lockdown for buying and selling, I must say I am very pleased as they have gone above and beyond my expectations.

I have used Loopster for the last year. I have used the platform to both buy and sell clothes. Was unsure at first however I can't recommend it enough now! Effortless way to get rid of old clothes.

Sent lots of clothes and they were in good conditions and some never been worn (I see your replies BTW!) And they offered peanuts! It's ludicrous how low the offer for £100 worth of clothes

I've bought some dresses and kids clothes a while back. Most of them looked a lot worse than expected, and colours didn't match the photo (i.e. the blue on the site was actually an ugly green), one designer dress was in a poor condition and overpriced. The clothes weren't even washed, not to mention sanitized, they had marks of deodorand and body odour. Really bad experince, I'll never buy from Loopster again. Avoid.

Received my beautiful brand new Jigsaw jumper and I love it! What is even better is that it was a fraction of the retail price and that I can also feel good about spending money when I know I am helping save the planet!!

This website is amazing - I found this website when I was looking for high-quality second-hand baby clothes. I ordered a bunch of items and they arrived quickly. I have been shopping at Loopster for three years and am very happy with my purchases. They offer a high standard of quality second hand children's clothes at really Great prices. I was impressed with the packing in tissue paper, accompanying letter and general speed of delivery.
