Don't bother buying from this company. On the website says give them roughly 28 or so days. Ordered on June 10th needed dress by July 25th. Didn't get it till July 26th minutes before my party. And it was poor quality sequins falling off and didn't fit. If you try to get a refund they attempt to derail you with shitty percent back if you pay 70 they offer to give you back barely 20, or a shitty discount not even worth the hassle. If you still insist on full refund they send you an address of an American home address. I used Paypal and it was a piece of shit and did not help get my money back even though they had all the screenshots they needed. Plus I mentioned to them that the return address was a random person home and not an American based warehouse. That alone should have given my money back. I wish I read the reviews first. DONT BUY SHIT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE POOR QUALITY SCAMMERS!!!! Should have known when you look at the models of some of their pictures they look like AI generated. Please dont waste your money with them read reviews first.

I am beyond frustrated at this point. I placed my order with Loragal on July 21, 2025, and it is now August22, 2025 yet I still have not received my outfits. This delay is completely unacceptable.
I have emailed multiple times, and no one from your team has responded to me. I have paid for these items in full and expect either immediate shipping confirmation or a full refund without further delay.
The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will be forced to dispute this charge with my bank and share my experience publicly to warn other customers.

I would give it a negative star, but there's no button for that. Worse online experience EVER. Order the really cute Notched Neck Cutout Pocket dress on July 20 for vacation in August. Needless to say, I still haven't gotten it, and vacation has come and gone. Will be requesting a full refund and NEVER shopping with Loragal again.

Update: they have not deposited the funds for the refund to my bank, just “authorized” a refund. My bank explained that the authorization can fall off if the funds are not released by Loragal. I am not even sharing everything that has happened in the months between purchasing the product and now because it’s too exhausting. No legit company operates this way. Avoid at all cost.
Just awful. The clothing I received was poor quality and the return experience was even worse. They tried to get me settle for a $12 refund, repeatedly, on a $54 purchase. When I insisted on a full refund they made the return experience so tedious, the average person would just give up. I had to pay the return shipping cost. After all that, they still only refunded me $39.94 citing a return policy they mention as a “note” on their website’s return landing page. Very misleading sales practices. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the FTC. Do not waste your time. I chose today’s date because this is the most recent email exchange with the company. I have had several emails from when I received the item in June, returned it in July, and received the shady refund they decided on exactly a month later in August.

Takes too Long to be delivered I still haven’t gotten my stuff I’ve emailed them several times they said they’d compensate me $13. The dress was for a special event which already passed ages ago. They just charged ridiculous prices for cheap items they get from China. SHEIN is much faster and im sure the quality is the same and much better prices. I’ll never order from this place again and I’d advise you not to as well… otherwise goodluck, you’ve been warned

I placed an order for a dress on July 4 and made it clear I needed it by July 26. It is now August 13—over six weeks later—and I have never received my order.
Every tracking link they sent either led to nowhere or showed no valid location for the item. The dress could not be located at any point. I sent multiple emails asking for my full refund due to their inability to deliver, yet they have refused to return my money.
This company took my payment, failed to deliver the product, and is now refusing to issue a refund. That is not how a legitimate business operates.
If you’re reading this, believe the negative reviews—they are accurate. This company is not legitimate. They take people’s money and do not deliver the items they sell.
Stay away and protect yourself from being scammed.

It’s unfortunate that you can’t score Loragal lower than a one star as I believe it is still being too generous with this rating. I placed an order on 6/3/25 for four cocktail dresses at which time my
credit card was charged immediately for these four items. A received notice on July 3rd, 2025 that a partial order of ONE dress was FINALLY on US soil and was headed to me, at which time I received on July 6th.
Almost a month and a half later, I still had not received the remaining 3 dresses. However, when I did receive them I immediately notice that something was wrong! Loragal sent me a completely different black dress, literally packaged with a different SKU, that looks nothing like one of the remaining three dresses that I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service explaining their error and proceeded to request a refund as it had been over a month and a half to receive the other items already. Instead of honoring my request for a full refund, the representative offered to make it “right” by suggesting to try the dress on and “see if it fits, ” then offered me a 50 % coupon on a NEXT purchase. Who does that?
I explained back that I had no intention of trying the dress on as it wasn’t a purchase that I made and would be happy to send it back with a pre-paid expense shipping label. The representative emailed a second time and stated they were willing to offer an even more generous coupon value of up to 80% off a FUTURE purchase OR 70% partial refund instead of honoring my initial request for a full refund. Again, what company seeks to offer a resolution by keeping your money for an item that you didn’t purchase?
After their second attempt to offer a coupon for a future purchase or a PARTIAL refund, I asked that my request be escalated since “my satisfaction was Loragal’s top priority.” I then get a response about an hour or so later stating that it will take up to 7-20 days to process a refund.
I have been more than patient but there is no reason that it should take over a week to process a refund when it didn’t take greater than a week to process the credit card payment for the order which cleared immediately.
I will be reporting the total transaction as fraud with my bank seeing as I HAVE NOT received my full refund for the item that was not received NOR have I received ALL goods that I intended for purchase. Receiving some and not all items does not constitute a COMPLETE purchase. I also provided the customer service representative with pictures of the different item that was sent versus what I actually ordered, so they have proof that they sent me a completely different item and know this.
Do NOT shop this company.

The company has not contacted me to explain the delay. I tacked the package and apparently it’s in China. I would never order from this company again . I need my items by August 18 . FINALLY GOT MY ORDER 12/7/25 TODAY...COMPANY IS NOT A SCAM..Maybe some ppl have had a far worse experience than me...took forever to get my order which I placed on 6/20/25...I bought 3 items for $99...Lil cheap the material but not too bad..if you pair it up with the right items it will work..and the sizes were perfect in a small if you have a Lil weight on you lol...I was furious but the wait to get them a Lil worth it

This company is a scam These people steal pictures of items from other sites and post them on their site as if it's theirs. I have ordered from them several times and have always had the same experience. I will never order from them again. The items they send are made to appear as the item but seem irregular or off. Beware of this site. They will not offer you a refund and you have to pay to send the items back. I ordered back in May and received my item on August 1, only to be disappointed.
