L'Oréal discontinued product...
I have used the L'Oréal volumising conditioner in the past, it was a cream, it's been changed to a gel and it's absolutely awful, no benefits from new formula no longer use this product.

The new colour protect formula which just changed overnight is disgusting. The smell makes me feel so sick. Why change the smell??? And the price has at least doubled. I won’t be buying this anymore. Just awful.
L'Oréal don't care
I purchased a L'Oréal hair colour. Unfortunately no instructions in the box or on outside package. I emailed L'Oréal to ask for allergy test details and instructions for use thinking they would email these by return. They did not. They stated I would have to return product to store of purchase fo
r refund. I explained that being older and having mobility problems this was difficult for me but they weren't interested no instructions ever emailed to me. Just seen their so called diversity advertisement on ITV this evening where they pretend to be inclusive- what a joke. Disgusting and disgraceful
TIKTOK Sales - Rep RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS
Unfortunately they are using a known reviewer/sales assistant on TT who is obnoxious and rude to customers who have bought the product from her and have not agreed with said rep. Every review that she is paid for is the same response - positive and buy - she, I am afraid cannot be trusted and the response, should you complain or have a different opinion, once item is purchased, you get a post directed at you, with foul language and berating. The Marketing Dept require to look at this, for their customers they wish to keep. This person is classless and obnoxious, she really requires to be removed from this account - I will not be purchasing anything until she is removed.
Burnt fade and rashes and not responsibility taken from L’Oréal
#LorealGroup unfortunately my experience with L’Oréal hasn’t been the best, I did a test on my skin and there was seeming to be no reaction. After use of the L'Oréal Paris product my neck came up with a rash and my face got burnt but the product. I contacted them and they are now denying to take responsibility for what has happened.
Im very disappointed that they are allowing products to be used/sold with this kind of reaction, no reaction in my hair but only neck and chest and face! Very disappointing to see what I thought was a reputable brand not taking responsibility for their own products.
I’ve been in paid and discomfort and still only I’m sorry but we regret to inform you we are unable to do anything about it.

Being such a big company you would think that if you put a complaint to them you would have had someone contact you by now 3 times I have contacted them, and it has now been over 2 months. For such a big company your service is disgraceful and l am really thinking about no longer purchasing any of your products. Everything l buy for hair, moisturisers, makeup l did purchase from you but I will be doing a bit of research to find another company that will actually give you some sort of service. Appalling customer service you have just lost a customer. 😡
Glycolic gloss ruined my hair permanently
Marketing a protien treatment for damaged hair as a “conditioner” or “shampoo” is extremely shameful. Many girls have their hair ruined permanently from the elvital glycolic gloss. My perfectly healthy virgin hair became stretchy and broke off so easily after using just the conditioner. Its been two months and my curl pattern is gone, and my hair sheds insane amounts. I can barely look at it anymore. BE BETTER and write that this is A TREATMENT FOR BLEACHED, DAMAGED HAIR ON THE PACKAGING. This brand is horrible i swear to God.

I dyed my hair with L'Oréal hair dye yesterday. It was red dye. My hair is bright orange at the roots and dark orange in the lengths. Not a nice auburn, just a gross bright orange that is completely out of my season. A lot of hair fall and I'm gonna have to dye it again shortly to get the right colour. Extremely disappointing, irreversible damage to my hair for nothing.

Hair colours !! should be forbidden to sell and probably even be allowed to sue them for a comolete lie! I understand every hair is different but to end up black from buying a 6 level hair colour , and even being 6 level and lighter before dying is unacceptable !! I don't know where else to write this so that many people can see it, but they are not just bad, their products are literally braking the law for false advertisements...never ever buy them!

I used to love the Age Perfect 9.13 Light Ivory Blonde, now I can't buy it. Put your trust in hair products, then they leave you with a real problem of having to find something to blend. Why stop supplying it worked so well? Still supplied to USA, just not the UK.
Not enough solution for root area
I’ve used the l’real excellence cream for years but have recently noticed a reduction in the amount of solution in some packages. (I usually only do my root area). This morning, there wasn’t even enough to cover the roots. So disappointing. I would advise others to check the amount of solution and have a back up should you run out! In future, I will buy a product that can consistently provide enough solution to do the job it’s supposed to do.
