Impossible to pull hair through Frost and Design hair cap even after using either of the crochet needles that were provided in the kit. Frustrating experience!

Promise people money for make some survey then dont pay for it

I have been using L'Oréal Excellence colour 5.5 creme for years never had a problem until I used recently the colour was like mud with bits in and to do the last 10 mins of the treatment the creme would not come out of the container. So not a great finish. I phoned L'Oréal as I bought two boxes at the same time. The customer's service advised me not to use,nothing about a refund. ( will be following this up) L'Oréal have recently added Hyaluronic Acid to the product I believe this is the problem. I now have to find a different supplier for hair colour.

I have use L’Oréal excellence for many years and I love the colour and covered the greys well. I use number 4 I have dark brown hair minus the greys. The last three times I have used the dye I started noticing my hair turning yellowish orange not all over but very noticeable. Oh they changed the formula using hyaluronic acid! This must be why as I haven’t used anything different on my hair. Really disappointing and will not be using again. Beware!!

I have used Excellence permanent hair dye for years.
Now they have included hyaluronic acid and the consistency, smell, colour has changed for the worse.
Difficult to apply as it is thicker and hard to squeeze from bottle. The smell is pungent in a bad way.
After a couple of minutes my scalp started stinging and I rinsed off immediately. Really bad mistake to change…take a look at shop customer reviews for this eg. Sainsburys I can’t believe it reached the shelves.

I just started using L'Oreal EVER PURE sulfate free color care system SILVER CARE SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER W PEPTIDES. From the first use I received compliments on my hair, the color. Its a great product line. This is the first time I've actually bought a retail product and probably 30 years. I am extremely happy thank you.

I have used L'Oreal Excellence Hair Dye for many years and was satisfied with the results. However, recently they have described the products as ' Onlychanged their packaging'Not quite right!!! The formula was thicker, the application bottle constantly collaspsed making it difficult to apply the liquid as it was very thick! When I complained they were unhelpful, no refund offered. After receiving several emails none of which were helpful, I demanded a refund. L'Oreal like taking customers money, but not refunding it when products are unsatisfactory, a company that are totally uninterested. I persisted my claim and finally got a refund. L'Oreal customers service and aftercare is appalling!!! Not a good company. I wish I had read other reviews, they are not worth the custom!!!! Do not buy their products.

I bought man hair styling product called indestructible and left extremely angry and unsatisfied. I cannot understand how big corporations can make such terrible products for such a terrible pricing

Wow wish I had read reviews before I had ordered. Customer service is a joke. They sent my parcel by evri which I asked them not to. As they don't deliver to my home. But they went ahead anyway. Oh and I haven't received my parcel. They have refused refund and refused to resend send items totaling£36.00 may not be a lot to some but it's a lot to me. They are a thieving scamming company and stole my money.
Absolute disgrace of a company. Stay well clear from ordering on line. I will never again purchase there products even from the shop.

The colour from loreal is not good anymore!
I put amber, which is a light colour on my light hair.. and guess what? My hair is dark brown now. Thank you Loreal. Never will buy again. Never from you.👎

The odor of the sublime bronzer is horrible. It smells like Febreeze’s teenage brother. I cannot use this product, am returning it. Who creates a fragrance like this? Have you smelled it? I need a shower after applying.

This is one of the best companies in the beauty industry. I have lots of sisters and girlfriends, every month I am buying on this website different cosmetics for my girls. And you know that feeling and you present them gifts, they are screaming out funny and I like to see their happy emotions. This company creates excellent products and to be honest, I bought some cosmetics for myself and it really made my face look a little younger. xD

Moisturiser peeling off in grey clumps, this is the 2nd cream I’ve had from them that’s done this. I don’t experience this with any other cream I use. I’ll never buy L’Oreal again

Their products are not so pricey, but you know, the quality that comes with the products are not over-the-clouds either..

sure, the journey the success is not a straight line and its kind of all over the place, but loreal seems to be going through a fairly stable line in terms of the success, the market share and reputation they gain in their industry across the markets they are operating in.

I know that they have a lot of R&D going on in developing their skincare, beauty and make-up products. The fiundation lines, lipsticks, eyeliners and a lot of the similar products have a monumental demand, obviously.

What's also good about the company is that they are quite proactive in embracing and supporting sustainability and ethical practices in developing these products, which is obviously, quite promising for the future.

Use more ethical companies ladies. This company tests its products on live animal captured in factories and laboratories. Please use more ethical companies and support these animals living a life of pain. Superdrug do cruelty free hair dyes.
