Worst AI chat bot I've experienced in a long time

I was forced to use the Lorikeet chatbot to resolve a complex issue in the Airwallex onboarding flow.
It's by far the worst AI bot I've encountered in like ~2-3 years. I'm shocked in 2026 people's time is still wasted by inferior products like this.
It kept recommending the solution that I literally said didn't work.
It kept refusing to connect me to a human.
I almost gave up on airwallex altogether (so if you're a company, you should also avoid this product. replace your support agents with a SMART AI, not with the very very bottom-of-the-barrel cheapest AI).
