Just Okay

I read reviews to inform my decisions so it’s important for me to not only write them myself, but to be honest. I was torn between giving Loser Bites two or three stars but decided on three. I ordered both the original chocolate brownie and the cookies and cream. The flavor of both are just “okay”. I made the mistake of overcooking the first attempt and that was not good which was completely my fault. Undercooking in future attempts is better and gives a “lava cake” type dessert. What I am most unimpressed with is the flavor. I was expecting these to be great according to the advertisements but they just are not. They are not bad, but definitely not great.

I also ordered the protein latte. I love coffee and lattes but this was TERRIBLE. I had to take a loss on that one and throw the whole thing away.

I am here leaving my review on Trustpilot because I searched and searched but there is no button for me to click to leave my review on their website even after logging in. I find this strange for two reasons:
1. Others have somehow been able to leave reviews and
2. I spent over $100 on my order.

It seems like they are trying to grow their business and I wish I could leave a higher rating but I must be honest.

I do love that the brownies are a high protein snack and I will finish them at some point but I will not be reordering. For anyone that chooses to order, shipping took about a week.

Customer service is nonexistent at Loser Bites

I purchased a 10-pack of their chocolate brownie flavor. I opened one packet and enjoyed it but a couple of hours later experienced excessive flatulence that went on for several hours. The following morning I got diarrhea and found myself in the restroom 7 times. I emailed the company to advise them about my adverse gastrointestinal response to their product and received and automated response stating they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. Well those days have since passed so all I am left with is their canned auto -response email indicating that all sales are final, citing once a food item has been opened it cannot be returned. Obviously, I would deduct the amount for the single packet I tried but the remaining packets are sealed and can absolutely be re-sold. Any reputable business would understand this given the circumstances.
