Very Disappointed Customer
I sent a number of gifts before Christmas and had problems with delivery including a failed delivery for which I am still waiting for a response to my email (once they reopen on 5th January!) which means a member of my family has still not received their present!
Notifications from DHL are inconsistent, incorrect or non existent so I had to contact recipients each time to find out if they had received their “Surprise” gifts.
I believe the quality of hampers etc was great but not had much feedback as yet.
Hopefully I will find out what has happened to the missing hamper or will be seeking a refund. Overall rather disappointed and won’t be using Lottie Shaw in the future.

Ordered a Luxury Christmas Hamper to arrive by 9th December. Hamper did not arrive emailed asking for delivery information . Received email back saying order was being managed by their partner company and they will enquire with them and get back to me. After I responded to this email I have not heard anything from them with my subsequent emails.
On the not on the high street app it says my order should be dispatched on 4th December. It is the 15th December today and I have had no further information or communication from them regarding this order that I have made.
Do not order from this company they do not communicate with you take the money without fulfilling order.
I now have the inconvenience of trying to find another gift whilst out of pocket for this order
Rather over hyped for us
Rather over hyped for us. The treacle tarts were too sweet even for treacle! Lemony which can cut the treacle but the difference was minimal along with a dull pastry I was disappointed to the point I didn't eat the remaining two. The flapjacks were average and will stick to making my own. The beauty of butter and syrup seemed to have been missed all together. I adore Yorkshire food in its many forms and I'm rarely disappointed by it But for us it was upsetting Yorkshire experience all round.

Ordered two classic Yorkshire baked treats gift hampers for friends and were very impressed. A lovely boxed selection and a personalised card as requested - both friends raved about the flapjacks and especially the parkin! We know what we're getting them when we meet again next year ;) ... thank you!

Spent a fiver on some fudge at a garden centre. Got home and tried a piece. It was awful crystallised sugary pieces of awful mouth feel. I've made fudge and know that this is caused by over mixing when it's coming! It causes the sugar to crystallise and continue to crystallises whilst it's cooling giving this awful mouth feel that just tastes of sugar. If you need an instruction on how to make this Yorkshire favourite all a Yorkshireman for advise, don't buy these you'll be disappointed and disgusted.
They need to learn how to make fudge or stop making it. This is the worse fudge I've ever had.
Not the best at replying to messages, Missing order, Slow delivery, arrived too late for me to send on in time and I had bought 3 of these £200 ones!
I was more annoyed you guys sent me an email asking for feedback and after filling it all in it falls over on your site. (Wasted more of my time), So I have copied it and pasted it here.
I made a few enquires to Lottie's via email that I never got a reply too in early December even after following it up with a phone call, I still got no reply.
I went ahead and just ordered on the 9th of December three of these extra large Christmas hampers totalling £600 for me to send on, for a Christmas Thank you.
I had no sign of the delivery by the 19th so rang and asked what was happening. Wasn't really sure what happened but it seemed they had somehow missed my order. By the time the three did arrive late on Monday the 23rd of December it was too late to send on in time. By which time other Hamper sellers (John Lewis etc) where already now selling reduced ones.
We will send after the new year when the couriers are back open running again. I just hope the use by dates are long enough, as this is missing information from the website.

Great products and fabulous customer service
I have used the company several times and recipients have always been impressed by the quality of goods. I sent a parcel to a relative who is in hospital in London, but I knew that he hadn’t received it and I had received a bizarre photo from the delivery company showing where it had been left. I spoke to Sue who tracked down the information about where exactly the parcel had been left and she kept me informed. When my relative finally did receive the parcel of goodies he was thrilled and said that it had cheered him up no end.
The perfect thank you treat
I bought some of the Treat Tins (with the Eleanor Tomlinson prints) as a Thank You for some kind people. They loved the Lottie Shaw's treats and also the Eleanor souvenir card print to keep. Beautifully presented and delicious to boot. What's not to love!

Love this company! Always delighted with their range of delicious, home-baked tasting treats. Ordered two gift tins and Yorkshire sayings tea towels as ‘thank you’ presents - both recipients delighted. Also ordered some flapjack and Parkin treats for myself. Hilarious packaging too - my Postie was very amused! If you like your treats like Granny used to make - you can’t go wrong with Lottie Shaws.

I ordered x110 boxes of treats from Lottie Shaws (this is my second year of doing so) for my team at work. They LOVE them, the quality of ingredients is superb and I really can not fault service or product one little bit... treat yourself!
Not worth the money
I brought the oat and raisin biscuits, I couldn't see or taste any oats or raisins but they did taste of cinnamon, you could break your teeth on them they were so hard, how they have won an award, I have no idea.
