I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ang for the exceptional customer service! I accidentally subscribed to an automatic lottery renewal and was quite worried(my member ID 3551350). Ang responded incredibly fast, clearly explained the reason behind the charge, and guided me on how to cancel the subscription. Moreover, showing great goodwill, Ang offered to cancel my last subscription and initiate a refund.A few days later, when the refund hadn't arrived, I reached out to Ang again. Once again, the response was prompt. Ang helped re-submit the refund request immediately, and the money arrived in my account the very next day! Ang's efficiency, professionalism, and helpful attitude turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience!
