god behandling fine briller

I was at Louise Nielsen (Taastrup Hovedgade Taastrup branch)today for eyeglasses replacement,When I came in they asked my yellow card(sundhedskort) and put my wallet in my winter jacket pocket,after that I looked what frames should I get,its took me sometime to chose what I want.Then when I about to pay I realized I don't have my wallet anymore in my pocket which is I'm 100% sure I have it with me when I enter the store.So I asked if we can looked at the CCTV but the sad thing is they don't have any.So I paid and go out and call my husband about it.10 mins.after I hanged up the police called my husband because someone found my wallet few meters away from the store.The thief threw it away after knowing it's just a little penny in there .Got my wallet back with the important cards.good thing my debit card is not in my wallet so I able to pay.!little cash gone but my resident card and other important card still intact thats the most important thing.
So I was literally robbed inside the store, I did not notice coz I was busy and too confident because it's Louise Neilsen and felt secure.And my biggest concern why they don't have CCTV 🤔.Hope they install CCTV for next victim of that thief.

I was late to my appointment cause the train was delayed due to a fatal accident at the station and I call them to let them know. I was told I had only my 20 minutes slot at the established time and I was liable to miss my chance if I didn't show up in time. I rushed and managed to arrive only 3 minutes late. The receptionist kept saying I missed my slot (for 3 minutes!) and was very rude and kept saying I had to reschedule. Eventually I got accepted only because the next client also was late (and my visit only took 10 minutes anyway so it would have been enough regardless).
On top of it I hadn't been told in my first visit (I'm a new client) that my glasses would have had an extra cost (and I did ask the first time) and that also the shipping would have cost extra. Poor communication and little care for new customers.

Eye check diagnosis (the strength of contact lenses needed) done by Louis Nielsen optician in Vejle was inacurate. In addition, I waited 40 min for my membership cancelation/ money refund. The girl handeling the case was far from service minded, in fact, opposite.. arrogant, tried to prove the point without knowing facts, slow. Overall, super unpleasant experience. Lack of proffesionalism is very much evident (optician, "cashier").
