I am absolutely disappointed by the non…
I am absolutely disappointed by the non existing customer service and experience with Louis Poulsen, which in my opinion doesn’t fit to the prices and to the brand experience I expected. I ordered a PH 2/1 table lamp on 27.01.2025 as a birthday present. The delivery time was set to 3 weeks and shortly after the purchase I received the confirmation with the shipment date set to 14.02.2025. Since then I received standard (system) mails every Sunday informing about the open items. Just before the expected delivery date, I received again this open item mail and the delivery date was suddenly moved by another two weeks.
As a planned birthday gift, it’s of course a shame.
I then reached out to Louis Poulsen by Mail, asking if they could confirm that the new delivery date would be kept. I waited for 10 days for a response to my mail and did not receive any answer yet. I am really disappointed by this (non existent) customer service. The brand experience is not only about the products, but also how the shopping and customer handling is done. From any chinese low cost online shop the customer service is better and I have the same expectations for high end products as well.
This behavior leaves me very unconfident in regards to claim management or return handling. Which is why I would not recommend to order with Louis Poulsen.

Two white PH5 pendant lamps
We have two white PH5 pendant lamps. The finish of the lamps are nice, although the cord cover where it connects to the ceiling is a white plastic cup that let's the overall look down a bit. After having these for for a 3 or 4 years one of ours recently fell off the ceiling one day and now is a bit warped (luckily it landed on a rug or it might have dented the floor). As the shade swivels into place it appears it can come loose over time so beware. Louis Poulsen are sending me replacement parts - now I just need to get it rebuilt. Disappointed overall with the product.

Amazing quality
Quickly ordered extra glasses for one of my lamps. It was delivered super quickly at home, and the packaging just wow. So carefully packed. Not that it would matter even, since if something breaks during transport they send you a new one for free no questions asked. Love my LP lamps but the quality of the store is also a joy!

Great design and delivery
Love my Panthella 320! It’s not my first Poulsen lamp, and I adore the design and light. Delivery’s been safe and fast; the lamp was packed amazingly well, delivery was quick, and my second Panthella arrived from Denmark in Berlin a few days after I ordered online.

Imossible to plan anything when purchasing from this shop
I’ve purchased from Louis Posen five times, and there’s always an issue—either delays or defective items.
My last order arrived damaged after a long wait, and they refused a price reduction, leaving me to wait again for a replacement. Consistently frustrating and unreliable.

Great products
It was easy to find things on the website, and the availability of each item was clearly noted. The only negative was that I had to request shipping/tracking information, rather than it being provided automatically. Small detail, but if I had assumed the package hadn't shipped yet instead of checking, it may have arrived when I wasn't here to bring it in.
