Absolutely poor experience. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing and spending so much money. I bought 5 abayas and although most were poor quality I only asked about one item which had holes and poor work. It looks tacky and it had an awful smell too. I was told to expect holes as net can be like this. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
The material was cheap and it smelled like strong chemical odour. The customer service was horrible too. 0/10 worst decision of my life!
Says the abayas are luxury and high-end, but it is far from it. Stitching is clumsy and poor, and it’s really visible when you wear it. The abayas are made out of thin tulle so any embroidery is going to fall off very easily. To top it all off, you can’t even return their products and they allow only exchange. So £95 just wasted for something I’m never going to wear. I would otherwise gift it to someone but I feel like that would be offensive to the person. They shouldn’t market something as luxury if it’s far from that
