POOR TREATMENT and UNFAIR PRICING

I have just been in your shop in Esbjerg, and I must say it was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I was simply doing my regular Saturday shopping and spent over 300 kr, only to be humiliated as I left the store. One of your employees stopped me IN FRONT OF the shop and demanded to check my bag without giving any explanation, treating me like a criminal. It was incredibly disrespectful and completely uncalled for.
While I had nothing to hide and showed my bag, the experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This level of customer treatment is unacceptable, and I will absolutely not be returning to your store.
To make matters worse, this is not the first issue I’ve encountered at your shop. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed that items are priced lower on the shelves than what they scan for at the register. Even when I pointed out the discrepancy, I was refused a refund. This kind of dishonesty, combined with the appalling customer service, makes me wonder how you are still in business.
No one should have to deal with such POOR TREATMENT and UNFAIR PRICING.

Regarding the bag check, we apologize if it was handled in a way that made you feel uncomfortable. Our intention is never to make any customer feel disrespected, and we will take your feedback seriously.

As for the pricing discrepancies, we absolutely want our customers to feel confident that the prices at checkout match those on the shelves.
