Have ordered from the company four times now. Items in my most recent order were delayed and they were excellent in communicating and reimbursed my delivery charge. The delayed Items came on the day i was told they would and I had a note and freebies inside

I ordered a product from them for next day delivery, took 3-5 days with no warning of this on their website or email. By the time it had arrived I no longer needed it so asked for a refund, to which they ignored my emails. Do not use them!
