Ordered in July 24 one pot come and it was open so leaked was told it was the delivery companies fault. And a set come with wrong colour. I asked for this to be rectified and was told I can have 10% off next purchase. I requested the replacement products to be told they are out of stock and will send when back in. Emailed every month and now in december and still waiting
Missing items from order/Poor customer service
My order was delivered since mid last week,items were missing from the order.I contacted this company via email the same day to inform them.I got no response so sent another email,finally got a response over the weekend.They asked for a pic of the invoice/packaging,I sent them this via email.More days passed,no response,sent further email and to date no response.It has been over a week and they have failed to rectify this issue.
Extremely poor level of customer service,how can a company operate in this manner.The reviews on here speaks volumes.This is not my first issue I've had with my orders.They need to do better and resolve issues.They've had over a week to either send me my missing item or refund me.Ignoring customer issues does not make the problem go away.
Amazing products and customer service !
Placed a big order ( as a student) as I needed some of the products for me next lesson I express DPD them. Emailed them as I wanted to make sure I would get the items in time.
I’d be notified that DPD had failed to turn up. But they was same day courier serving my order to me to take sure I had it on time.
Can I just say how appreciative I am of the customer service I received today. And the team went above and beyond to make sure I had my items ! ♥️

Signed up in early august, first box due between 25th - 30th Aug, finally arrived on 12th sept after loads of chasing. Also lots of lies about “they’ll be sent tomorrow” and then not sent: Got told via insta I’d be receiving a code to pick some free products from the website to apologise from the delay. This never materialised.
Next payment goes out on 15th Sept, box meant to be received 25th - 30th again. This time I don’t chase and wait… I hear nothing so finally chase up on 9th Oct and get told they’ve all been sent so I should have it? Explain I don’t have it, and I never received my Royal Mail tracking etc. Finally turned up on 16th Oct (today). I don’t think it was even a subscription box as I didn’t get the sweets / nail swatches etc they usually send and the packaging was different. Was nice none the less and a good selection of products. Worth much more than the £15 I paid so can’t complain in that respect.
I’ve ended up cancelling the subscription as I can’t be arsed with this every month. It’s actually exhausting having to chase for info. If I hadn’t of chased this month I genuinely don’t think I’d have got the month I paid for as they clearly forgot about my subscription somehow.
The kicker is… I genuinely really like the products and get so excited opening them as I love a surprise. I would definitely have kept this subscription long term if they sent the stuff on time or were proactive about advising about delays.
So to summarise: great products, bad customer service.

I started a subscription in January - it was late being sent. February, had to chase it again as it was late and it arrived open so half of the items were missing, agreed they would send the additional products in the next box... March same story with the time frame... but no
replacement products... Aprils got cancelled after I contacted them because the next subscription went out before i received anything. May - had to be chased, june- late again July??? Still chasing it... August arrived before July?! Ordered a yellow nail polish in August and received a dark brown! They advised it was their error and it would take 2 weeks to get restocked... still waiting.
Products are pretty but not worth the money. Never had the issue with gels before, these peel off after 24 hours.
Won't be buying again. Very disappointed. Customer service is shocking!
They trick their customers!
As you check out, it says you can add a “freebie”, however it adds the price on anyway. Also, in small writing on the Newbie Bundle, it has preselected an option to get it without the UV lamp. Obviously both of these are a money-grabbing trick! The UV lamp was even in my order confirmation, they don’t want you to notice

The products look nothing like the pictures. No swatches. I’ve ordered multiple orders and been so disappointed because the bottle colours are just completely different from the actual gel colour. Ordered their UV lamp and had so many issues. Customer service is so poor. To get anywhere I had to message them on instagram, their chat and their email. Constantly had to send them’???’ To get replies. Will never be purchasing from them again. Moving over to HONA

Awful!! AVOID! Purchased two small items from them. They arrived looking nothing like what I had ordered. Asked for a refund and was blocked on insta, emails not responded too and all over a £10 order. So if that’s how they treat a customer over £10 I would steer clear! DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY for any beauty therapist wanting to add to a collection. Choose reputable companies! Not these cowboys 🤠
Customer service is awful.
I received my order quickly and polishes are of good quality and nice colours. I ordered a nail artist brush set and received some totally different brushes compared to what was listed on the website description. Nothing on the website says that contents may vary.
I emailed customer service which was very slow to get back to me. After going back and forth for weeks they emailed me saying ‘the warehouse has confirmed that those brushes are what is included in the set.’
Totally false advertising then as the description on the website is quite clear. I have placed a few orders and not had any issues but just be aware that customer service is awful so if you receive a wrong product they will do absolutely nothing about it.
Worst customer service
I've had an awful experience with this company. Their customer service is horrendous, and despite subscribing to their monthly boxes, they consistently take forever to ship after receiving payment. Despite my efforts to contact them multiple times, my July box still hasn't arrived. They've given me various excuses, with the latest being that it's a surprise box and I will receive an email about it. However, it's now September, and there's still no sign of the July box. Although I finally received my August box, a month after payment, the July box is still missing. This experience has led me to cancel my subscription. My advice is to steer clear of them!

Be very careful when ordering from this company. I was offered a free item to add to my cart worth £10, but realised too late that they decided to charge my for the item at checkout instead. Their customer service is useless, and only replied to my request to cancel my order only an hour AFTER it had shipped out. A full day and a half later from when my order was placed.

I placed an order on the 03/07/24 for a subscription box. I have emailed a few times only for them to keep saying there is an issue with the boxes and they are being sent out in the next few days. No other correspondence from them at all!. It’s now the 06/09/24 and still no box! Stay well clear of this company!

Charged for "free" gift
After buying a pro polish and 2 rapid repairs at full price, I was offered a "free" gift of cleansing wipes. I added to my cart and it said "free" as expected. After checking out, I had been charged an extra £10 for the wipes! Nothing was a sale item, and I had spent over £50, not that there was a qualifying price on the offer. This has happened to me twice now, absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a subscription box as I'm getting back into doing my own nails. I ordered it on the 16th and they took the money same day. They say the boxes get sent out on the 25th of each month but it's now 11 days since then and they will only say we appreciate your patience, it will be shipped shortly. Every single order has a problem.
Order with the knowledge that your order WILL be wrong, and it WILL take at least two weeks to sort out with the customer service.
Every single time I order there is a problem. Either the wrong products sent, products missing, or products damaged. And the customer service absolutely do not want to help you in any way shape or form.
Its a shame, as the products are really great, which is why I keep coming back whenever they have a heavily discounted sale. But I need to stop.
I ordered about 6 months ago, they sent the complete wrong shades so I complained and it took me a month off arguing to finally get them to agree to swap the products for the right shades, after the threat of a chargeback with my bank.
I have just received another order today, I ordered 15 products and 2 are missing. They are marked with X on the packing sheet so I can only assume they are out of stock, which would have been fine...had they contacted me to let me know and offered me a different product or a refund. But no, they just dispatched it without a word from their team to let me know I wouldn't be getting the products I ordered, and hoped I either wouldn't complain, or wouldn't notice. So I can only assume I will spend another 2 weeks arguing with customer service now to try and get this problem resolved.
With their staff, the customer is ALWAYS wrong. So order with the prior knowledge that there is a high chance your order will be wrong and its going to be a battle to get it fixed.
Questionable Business Practices
While checking out some items in the summer sale there was a prompt to add in a freebie item from a small selection. As anyone would I selected something and proceeded to check out my order. I’ve been billed £9 for the freebie and am expected to pay to return it. Customer services are useless and just say I didn’t qualify to get it for free because I “applied a discount already” - what they mean is I bought sale items. They clearly have no clue about consumer rights, customer service or customer retention. Avoid at all costs.
