Quick & efficient to book with Shyama
Have booked with Love Cuba before and we found the whole process great

We recently booked a tailor made tour/holiday and received excellent service from Shyama. We chopped and changed a couple of times and then needed to shift dates but Shyama was very helpful and informative and very responsive too. We go on our holiday in January and we are very much looking forward to it armed with very useful information from “I love Cuba”

Booked over the phone with an incredible agent called Laura. Rang to make an initial enquiry and at all times felt Laura listened and was proactive. Surprised unlike many holidays you see advertised the quote was the same !
Laura forwarded a written quote by email with a change of hotel in Havana which is nearer the old town , she had Infact anticipated the one question I had forgotten to enquire about,
When we booked the holiday the next day Lauren talked us through all aspects from currency , safety, visa etc. It was great to hear speak with passion and experience of visiting Cuba.

I cannot thank Liam enough for his assistance in arranging the perfect trip to Cuba We have visited several times before, so knew exactly what hotels rooms transfers etc we required. He listened and without further questions, arranged the package just as we had specified. Just returned, and all flights, specific hotel rooms, and transfers went smoothly. Liam explained the transfer within Madrid airport and just as he described, was hassle free, he near enough described the route we would take in the airport which was so reassuring - we need not have worried about the indirect flight. Although we have travelled before to Cuba, we loved the information provided, in particular the contract lists with photos. Liam was also really helpful also with my questions about the visas, process changed days before we departed.
