I purchased a leather repair kit from this merchant. They sent me a bogus tracking number that’s only in French, so you’re not able track your package. I sent multiple emails to customer service. They replied and said my package was delivered to my local postal carrier.

I went to my postal carrier and they confirmed that if it was delivered to the postal carrier. They would’ve provided me a USPS tracking number. This is more and likely a scam. I immediately filed a charge back with my financial institution.

This company is a scam! Products from CHINA that arrive broken and they leave you with the bill.

Scam. Received wrong item. Company not contactable after purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Have tried emailing a few times had no response, email address, I later found out does not exist.

Terrible service. Never received item ordered. 2 months later. Filed a complaint to Paypal, and never has been resolved. Believe now they are a total scam.

Ordered denti-zen gum therapy gel total cost 30.96 paid thru pay pal, tried to contact customer service support to cancel product, no response kept trying no response, until approx. 3 weeks later the company sent a email with a tracking number, no response but a tracking number. Got product the next few days. I was so disappointed in the service when I saw the small envelope packaging that I immediately turned around and returned to sender. When I reported to Paypal the dispute the company immediately sends email for discussion and after going back and forth several times because I did not take pictures of it and have a tracking number return for it they refused to send my money back. It was one of the poorest representation of customer service I have dealt with and in the name of business they have not only received my product back, they also have my money which does not belong to them. I can now say I wished I had read the reviews of this company before conducting business with them, as I can tell through them that this business is not enjoying and profiting all they could be if there commitment to a higher level of ethical customer service was being practiced.

it is a scam! do not trust this company. You order an item but they send you another one. They do not refund either....

not in A$ which makes the price considerably dearer

Payed $30 for an Item But still Havnt Received it!

They advised absolutely no bleaching. I have dark blonde hair and gray. It made my hair……copperish. Nowhere near what was advertised. Also, no instructions came with the gray hair dye. A complete waste of $108. I really didn’t want to have to bleach my hair. I did expect full gray like advertised but not copperish.

This company sent the wrong item and will not admit it even with photographic evidence! Paypal are currently investigating. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Customer service is crap and they reckon they sent the correct item and was not damaged. I never said it was damaged that it was the wrong hair dye they sent me. I ordered and paid for the silver/grey. I got a blonde. They are jut lucky that my hair was half natural grey with blonde at the ends. I would hate to think what my hair would like like if it had been dark!

Was not satisfied with the product I received, it was supose to beye lsh serum but instead I received a very small tube of eye lash enhanser. It is not even full size. Also when my orde didn't arrive after a month I HAD TO contact paypal because thier email address wasn't working Finally got the item but it is not as advertised.

What an absolutely unprofessional vendor.
I ordered a product and a different product came. I have also noticed that I am not the first person to experience this, and the customer service department even had the cheek to deny this despite the photographic evidence supplied. EVEN at PayPal dispute level. Paypal currently investigating.

UPDATE: PayPal sided with me and gave me my money back.

This is a scam. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

I ordered a facial device via Facebook ad and they sent me a cheap anti snoring device with Chinese wording only. When I communicated to them via PayPal, these scammers had the cheek to say that they sent the right device, and the anti snoring device can be used as for beauty purposes (LMAO). Fortunately I escalated to PayPal and PayPal refunded me fully. Pls do not give a single cent to these scammers.

Like others, I ordered a facial beauty device and they have sent me a Snore Stopper. Complained via PayPal and seller refused refund so have escalated to PayPal to resolve. I shall initiate a chargeback on the card I used if PayPal refuse to help

Not received my order or heard from anyone, tried contacting but they don’t exist, not happy ,now if I see this site I know to order from them,please be aware.
