This company authorized a purchase that I did not make and will not return my money to me. I've been dealing with them for over a month now and they still will not refund my money and the product they did send me is all in Chinese so I can't even read it. Buyers beware they are a scam

Scam . Went into website to look at product just viewed checkout yet payment (PayPal) was processed. Requested order be cancelled was told already ship (same day) disputed with PayPal lost dispute.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DELIVER SUBPAR PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED AND ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE. BUYER BEWARE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO THE FTC IF THEY DO NOT RESOND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM FOR OVER A MONTH.

This company is a scam. I ordered a product in August 2024 & a parcel arrived with the dispensers for the product but no product. They claim it was included in the parcel but it wasn’t. PayPal should get rid of them as they are definitely a scam. I can’t get my money back as they refuse.

My item to seal cracked leather lounge did not reach my house . Poor investigation skills , noting that I need to look around my house and ask people living in the household if they picked it up . Well I thought how is that called investigation? You are meant to show me evidence that it was delivered not tell how to look for it . They cannot show me any photo of delivery to confirm they attended the right house . Do not purchase from their site . Scam !!

Bought a mobile phone holder that does not actually do its job and hold the phone. It's so poorly made that any vibration makes it sway and the part that holds the phone is not tight enough to keep the phone in place.

The phone ended up under my feet which is massive safety issue. The company ignored what I was saying & simply replied that there was no fault with it.

Rip off. Scammed

Scam . Went into website to look at product caulked at checkout yet payment (PayPal) was processed. Requested order be cancelled was told already ship (same day) disputed with PayPal lost dispute. Item delivered was completely different and was crap (unusable fake teeth)
BEWARE

I just ordered 1 item anfmd 3 items have shown and charged

I emailed to cancel order 2 days before shipment and they said it has already been shipped then I didn’t get the full order on part of it.

I canceled my subscription immediately after it said I had 7 days and they still charged me! I’m trying to get my money back.

I ordered 2 watermelon balls for pools, unable to use as they didn’t include the water filler attachment! $39 for 2 little rubber balls

The items they show on the internet are not what you get the loop ball I got for my grandchildren are no good they will break the first time they use it

Do not order from this company they charged me $41.00 for some plastic teeth that maybe you could use to make a doll!! Just junk!!!!

I have not ordered nor received anything from the company and yet I have a payment due to pay pal monthly for a minimum payment. Total charge is $61.98. I need to get my money back. I have tried to reach this company customer service and have been unsuccessful. Trying to get it straightened out thru PayPal now
