Refusal of legal right to a refund!!
Got some Adidas Predator from Lovell Soccer with a gift voucher which I had received from a pair of faulty boots previously purchased….. after a few months of mild use these new boots are also faulty/defective…. And Lovell Soccer are refusing to give me refund/gift voucher/exchange etc. the boots have a 12 month manufacturers warranty and I have only had them for 4 months, and as stated in UK consumer law I am fully entitled to a full refund etc for any product which is defect still in the warranty period. This issue needs resolving…. I’m absolutely shocked at the way I have been treated by Lovell Soccer. I will be contacting trading standards. Hopefully no other customer will have this same experience as me because it has been very stressful

Trying to get through to customer service is terrible. Phone number opens 10-4 but still don’t get out through.
The live chat asks you all the questions and then says we are not open. I just want to speak to someone about my order.

Not happy - worn boots sent.
Not happy, I recieved my order, Copa mundial team boots had been worn and marks on them, missing nike bottle from the parcel, expected to pay shipping costs to send back worn boots!! - Live chat not available, no phone number (advises available between 10am until 4pm) now got to wait for an email for a response and resolution.. not happy at all!
