Awful thieves
I bought 2 items from here, they never came, after 6months of them constantly promising to send me them and refusing to give me a refund I received one, I'm still asking for the other but they stopped replying.

I have sent many many emails and i got a email first saying sorry and refusing to give me a refund and that my item was being processed. 2 weeks later and still nothing so after many emails again she said it had been dispatched and surprise surprise it never arrived.

I ordered a gift in November as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Christmas came and went. She is very bad at communicating but she said she had finally sent it in January!!! We are in April now and after numerous emails there is still no sign of the goods or my money back. I hate to write a bad review for a small business but she has had 6 months to do the right thing. Very disappointed.

Placed on order for night lights which was received after some time but was damaged and the wire for the night light came loose within a month. Emailed love lottie numerous times to which I did receive some responses and was told it had been dispatched after waiting many months still not received it. Bought it for my daughter which she was looking forward to.

Item purchased by my 77 year old mother for her newborn granddaughter, not delivered, numerous emails sent, with very poor/slow/no communication. Never received the item, unfortunately as they did send the odd email promising the item to be sent out, the 180 day dispute deadline through PayPal was missed so she is out of pocket. I hope the seller is enjoying my mothers pension money!! AVOID if you want to give your money away, donate to a charity!

Ordered a gift on 8th December 2022 and it never arrived, was told on three separate occasions it had had been despatched and I'm still waiting eventually all messages and emails got ignored and no refund given even after I asked for one. So I took a dispute out with my bank for my money back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE.

6 weeks after ordering and still no sign of my 2 orders, with no dispatch notifications. My messages are now being ignored . I have since checked through the page to find a number of similar issues with other customers. It is wrong to pay for goods and never receiving them, robbery. Alls I ask for is my items to be delivered or a refund which is not much to expect considering.
Order arrived, after a bit of a wait
I placed an order at the end of October for 2 night-lights, and expected delivery around 9th November. When no dispatch emails came through and the products didn't arrive, I became a bit worried. Then, I checked reviews on various sites and thought I had dropped a massive clanger on this. I had a couple of email responses when I contacted the owner and the last one in December, explained why things were delayed, and I imagine why things have been a bit slow over the past few months.
I assumed I would not receive these items to be honest, but then last week, I noticed a tracking reference on the order.
The items were delivered today - 2 months late and after Christmas but I will utilise for a different event present.
I must say they are lovely and I am so pleased they have arrived.
Hopefully Charlotte at Lovelottiex is back on track again

Still waiting over a month since I placed my order and nothing. I get the odd email when I chase saying I'll receive my despatch notice soon, but still nothing. Terrible service, they've had my money for ages now and I have nothing to show for it and have missed my gifting deadline by a long way!

Avoid at all costs! I placed an order for a personalised light on 28 September and have still not received it. Despite repeated emails from me I very rarely receive a reply. So far I have been told that the bases were out of stock and they were waiting for more, the light was despatched on 17th November, they are sorry I have not received the light they will send a replacement. The final response was on 11th December and guess what, of course I have still not received the light. This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and I am furious because I ordered well in advance and could have ordered from a different company but chose to support a small family business. I have requested a refund but not heard a word back so shall now be logging it as a dispute with VISA. I understand that there have been issues with their base supplier and postal strikes but there is no excuse for not responding to my emails!

Ordered our baby boys personalised christmas plate on the 14th of October, chased and chased via email to provide ample opportunity to rectify... then clutching at straws we where closing in on xmas day... had a response detailing trouble with sending, **lied to** (saying they have already sent it so should recieve VERY SOON) = surprise surprise _ NO SHOW!
End result, bit of a miffed email detailing our disappointment and knowing our consumer rights.
Abracadabra = speedy response... apparently this is a one off etc etc - JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! YET ANOTHER LIE. AWAITING REFUND.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Ordered from this company at the start of October from them not to deliver in time for Christmas, they then told me it would be delivered on time after emailing a few times, I ordered with klarna who have now started a refund, i didnt request this so they just canclled my order without letting me no. I have ordered from them before and thr service took a month and a half the product is beautiful but is really let down with their delivery service.
Lovely product
We have received our Christmas Box and we are delighted with it. The artwork is beautiful and our granddaughter will love it.
It was a little later than expected but we received updates by email explains why, which was understandable the circumstances.

Have used this company in the past and received excellent service. Loved the items. Placed an order on 11 November for a light. Still have not received my order. Multiple chat, emails and messages sent. No response. Very disappointing! Very glad I paid for the item through PayPal, so I’ve raised a dispute and asked for my money back!

Awful company
Awful company! Do not use them! Ordered a personalised Christmas plate in September. 5 weeks later and no sign of it. Chased up and nothing but as soon as I opened a PayPal dispute they replied saying it had been sent. Plate arrived snapped in half and have since chased up regularly about a refund and they are now ignoring me. Have reopened PayPal dispute so hope to get money back through that. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
