But it is now nearly 4 weeks since they collected, with no sign of our laundry and no response to repeated phone calls or messages. The curtains and upholstery they took cost easily £1000 to replace, so it's starting to look like a matter for the police.
this company offers to pick up and deliver back laundry. I have a small holiday let business - they picked up 3 lots of linen from which was not returned on the agreed date. They do not answer emails, answer the phone or respond to voice messages left. To replace this linen is very expensive - do not use this laundry if you expect to have your linen returned !
