As a new mother, I spent most of my time during my pregnancy scouring Instagram and Pinterest and learning about what my baby was going to need and looking for the perfect, highest quality items both for my baby and her nursery. I made myself a promise. When the baby comes and reorganises my life I would do what I could to provide somewhere other mothers like me can source the items they need for their baby in one convenient location. As this site grows I will continue to add to it hand-picked items that I feel are the best I experienced out there, filter the brands to the ones I know are reliable, stylish, safe and do the job as well as offer new ways I can showcase items to take away the worries of choosing the right thing. Outstanding customer service
Love my Lot went over and above to send my chosen toy across the world to Australia. Super responsive, friendly and helpful and i am SO happy, the toy arrived as described and in time for Christmas. I definitely recommend Love my Lot and won’t hesitate to use them again!

I contacted Love My Lot when I noticed they use to carry a lovey that my was lost.
I contacted Love My Lot when I noticed they used to have a particular lovey that my daughter lost. They did not have any in stock, so they contacted the manufacturer. Once they received a response, they let me know that the lovey had been discontinued. In that message though they also sent a code to look up on eBay because they had found some there! Long story short, we have lovey on the way to the US, because of their dedication and help!

Avoid - disappointing service
Paid £4.95 for delivery and still wasn’t dispatched a week later. Item has gone missing in the post & seller stopped communicating to any messages. Shocking customer service. Avoid.

A disappointed shopping experience
It is so regrettable that my order has been cancelled at the end. I had sent a few emails to check my product delivery status since my friend in Uk could help me to get the parcel in 7 days. I couldn’t get any response and unexpectedly that it takes more than 4 days to ready the product to be sent out. I got your company responses finally and cancelled my order without asking my consent. It is really a bad shopping experience

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ive ordered a pregnancy journal and the wrong one was sent to me an it was faulty. Initially no reply to my several messages for 3 weeks. Since then I have emails a few times again and now no reply even after complaining. Absolutely ruined the first few weeks when i should have been recording everything. Still awaiting a reply
