Avoid at all costs
From first looks this looks like a legitimate sofa company however this is just to get your deposit off you , they are very good at deleting all negative feedback and that's what they do most of the time , it takes some researching to find out how bad they are but if you type in facebook or google '' love my sofa '' you will see plenty of other pages and groups set up which give a clear picture of how bad this company are , they blame everyone else including their customers nothing is there fault , in fact there completely faultless
My experience with them was not good , we ordered a sofa and was told we would have it before xmas admittedly only verbally , the order states 6-12 weeks delivery but was told it would be close to the 6 weeks , xmas was approx. 10 weeks away
However once we had paid our deposit we were told it would be the full 12 weeks , amazing ……
The 12 weeks went and still no sofa , we emailed and text for about 4 weeks no response , however as if by a miracle they responded once we put in a small claims against them , stating our order was now ready ( which I still don’t believe it ever was , ive never seen a picture ) I told them if they delivered it before the date of the court hearing I would cancel , but according to LMS so called ‘’Rules ‘’ they cancelled my order
My best advice is go to a proper sofa company like DFS or Sofology , they will answer your calls and actually deliver what you want , or anything at all
We reordered through a company on Facebook called DL sofas , so far have been amazing
We have issued a warrant to recover my funds from LMS , I don’t mind ploughing money against it as long as they have to repay every penny , im not stuck for the cash

Had an amazing experience. Bought a sofa via instagram and it was absolutely perfect, also the price I paid was unbelievable.
Maddison went above and beyond and the delivery guys were great.
