Love Pub Snacks are one of the best company’s I have dealt with as a company the quality of goods are second to none.
BUT. The delivery company they use lets them down big time I have given them three chances to correct it but the delivery’s are still left at the wrong location, Sorry LPSnacks but DPD has ruined are relationship good luck for the future see you again when you change your delivery company.

New to buying from here but WOW. An Aladins cave full of every delight imaginable! Good old fashioned service with an enormous smile. Rang up last thing one afternoon and invited down following day.

Wasn't sure what I wanted but they were very happy to advise and not rushed in any way. From picking to paying everyone so amazingly friendly, I thought that kind of service had long since gone but not here.

I’ve been using this company for a few years now and have never been disappointed with my order. Always delivered within a couple of days and we’ll packaged. The snacks always have a good best before date on them, so no worries there and the snack range is really good.

I decided to try a new supplier with the simplest of orders, paid for online for an ordinary delivery. Pork Scratchings - Best By Date: Sept 2024.
The order arrived and I always check product quality first with any new supplier. I opened the first multipack and picked one packet at random - opened it an tried to eat the first piece. It was like rubber, bendy, not crackiing in any form. Inedible. Rubbish - get the picture? As were all other pieces in the pack. There was no obvious damage to the pack and no air intrusion - just poor quality product. I immediately advised them by e-mail of the problem expecting a resolution. No immediate problem for me. Any good supplier would treat this as an opportunity. No chance .They just sent me a return e-mail to say order complete - here is your invoice.I returned an e-mail recomending they just reversed my payment? NOTHING!
My recomandation to the management - train your staff and probably the board of directors. My advise to all buyers - check your purchase on EVERY DELIVERY - two failures - find yourself another supplier.
And this was such a cheap easy fix. Disappointed is not suffient!
