Lousy service in singapore and empty promises. Very bad service and charges was expenses paid ard 4K but the service given not even a S$300 service . Only give excuses.very much regretted paid high price for their super bad service level . Only sweet talk during the consultation but after that is not helping u to find a suitable match . Please not do sign any package with them .

Please do not use this dating agency. They told me that i will be able to get a refund but in the end they told me that i won’t be able to get a refund. When i asked for an update about the refund from the HQ, they kept telling me that the HQ have not given them a reply and it took me 1 month to chase them for an update. It seems like the employees do not communicate with each other as well when i have told Charlene to terminate my account on 7 March 2025 to which she replied that my account has been paused, but on 17 Mar 2025 i am still receiving texts from the staff for an update to meet their matches. The matches they gave was such a disappointment too. Such a luck to have come across this agency. Because of this agency, i will NEVER trust any other dating agencies anymore. This is a lousy agency.

The match is well within my expectations

I am dissatisfied with this company. The candidates provided are not the same as those presented on the payment day, and I have to wait a month to receive just one candidate, which is not ideal. They asked me to commit to a full year of payment for their premium package, leading me to believe that they offer similar candidates to others in my situation. It seems they may not be aligned with my preferences.

Additionally, I have noticed a disparity in the selection process. While men are given more female candidates to choose from on the same day, when I inquired about similar options, I was directed to a multipurpose room for selection. This experience has led me to feel that the company is demonstrating unfairness towards women.

Lousy service. App is lagging and don’t not seem to be working. No respond from Lovestruck to ratify the issue. Overpromise woth empty words….

The second time I have been here for speed dating. Relaxing and comfortable environment, nice music, suitable length of time for each session. Some light refreshments provided would be better.
