I only saw that three of the seats we had booked are lokibn through Perspex after i had booked tho they are the same price as the one next to it in the upper circle. There were plenty of similar priced seats free nearby and in the past I could have rung the box office and tried to rectify the mistake. Now there is no way to speak to anyone and no response to my written request. If someone could contact me
I woild be extremely grateful. Wee are booked at £78 a seat on Nov 24th.

Easy to navigate website
I especially wanted to see Cyrano de Bergerac and was able to purchase reasonably priced tickets very quickly. The website is easy to navigate and it took only a few minutes to complete my purchase. I have used LOVEtheatre before with the same ease.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry you are disappointed. The restricted view seats on the seat plan all have a white dot in the centre and a message when you hover over them. Along with a message in red when you select the seats before checkout, and a message about the restricted view on the checkout page. I'm sorry that you didn't notice this. The restricted view from these seats only applies to the very top of the stage due to the overhang. I hope this helps.

Unexpected event that made the show unattendable
My husband was admitted into hospital urgently and we could not attend our booking. Lovetheatre were brilliant in cancelling and rearranging the new date to attend. Superb service. Expediently handled and explained. Took the weight off the worry and anticipation. Much appreciated.

Easy & good value.
Easy and cheap and the only issue was buying tickets on the day of the show as it says allow 48 hours for w-tickets... BUT I contacted them easily and got my tickets pretty quickly. So all was brilliant.

Great customer service
This was the first time I had used LOVEtheatre. I made a mistake when selecting the event date. Fortunately, Patrick from Customer Service responded very quickly to the issue I logged online, and was able to change the date as requested, and reissue my ticket. I will do doubt book through them again.
