Asking for a review when ive not even recieved the parcel i asked for next day and i have still not recieved it 6 days later with no info with where my parcel can be!!

Parcel was soaking wet and when opened up
Both containers had burst open, I’ve lost
A lot of money there!!
I have photo proof if needed

All good apart from the next day £7.00 delivery that I paid and still received m parcel two days late.

Paid for next day delivery. 2 days later order arrived, when I opened the box only half of what I ordered was inside. Called and left a message 4/5 days ago, still no call back. Really disappointed.

Excellent customer service - Lorraine went above and beyond to get my order dispatched on time and very swiftly made me aware of 1 item which was not available. She arranged for an immediate refund and made sure the rest of the order was as requested. I will definitely purchase again from Love Tiki and will fully recommended them to family and friends

Despite a shaky start, when the original couriers damaged the package and dumped it unannouced on the front step, I am very well satisfied with the service and goods supplied by Love Tiki. One of the items contained in the original package (in fact a substitute for an out-of-stock item which was unavailable at the time) was badly damaged and completely unusable, and on reporting this I was offered a refund or the chance to wait for a reorder to be fulfilled. After a lengthy wait this arrived today, well packaged and efficiently delivered by dpd. I hope that the original couriers (not dpd!) are no longer used by Love Tiki, but am happy with the way my complaint was dealt with, particularly the contact with Lorraine.

Order a glass which arrived in many pieces of shattered glass. Sent in just a bag so was likely to break. Sent an email with photos. No response and no refund received.

Looked for a wooden tray that would look good and big enough to arrange multiple items on comfortably. This was a good size, quality and excellent value for money. Pleased with my purchase.
