I ordered a pair of trainers for my girlfriend and they were the wrong size I've emailed to get a refund and still haven't received an email or nothing back

My husband bought me some trainers for my birthday and luckily let me try them on straight away.. the sizes on the website are misleading I am a UK 3 and usually that translated into a 36 however on the site is a 35! Just double check there sizing because it does say on the site. The customer service team were very helpful when arranging the exchange thanks Chris!

Hi Megs, sorry you're not happy with your experience. You only messaged us about 45 minutes ago regarding the trainers being too big. We do not state on the website that UK 3 is EU35. The second paragraph of our returns policy states:
You must notify us that you want to return your item by emailing admin@loveyourfashion.co.uk. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have done this we will email you all the information and a return label. We are working on getting a free returns service setup. In the meantime we will refund the cost of a return. Thanks for your feedback

Purchased the Bodyboo spanks
Purchased the Bodyboo spanks shorts and high waisted skirt, there was no size guide so I purchased a medium as that’s my normal size. The shorts are too small and I just about got into skirt. The return and refund policy seems difficult and off putting

I ordered some sliders and a bag, I ordered the wrong size so emailed the company straight away about the issue, they responded very quickly and my order was rectified and shipped the next day.
Once received I love both bag and sliders.
Would 100% recommend and will be buying again

I found this website when I wanted to get my girlfriend a gift for valentine's day. After browsing the internet I came across Love Your Fashion.
I found the Love Moschino bag that my girlfriend has wanted for ages at a very reasonable price. I bought it and the bag arrived quickly and it was absolutely perfect, She was over the moon with the bag and couldn't be happier. Will definitely buy again from them :)
