I ordered an audio cable for my car 2 weeks ago, heard nothing from them. I wrote to ask about my order and 2 days late got the following reply "Will contact the warehouse about your order". No hello, no goodbye, nothing! After another 3 days of not hearing from them, I wrote again politely asking why they hadn't replied. I received another email saying "Will contact the warehouse about your order". So I wrote again asking why the repeat one liner...You guessed it, I got the same reply..."Will contact the warehouse about your order"!!! That was it for me, I wrote again and asked for my order to be cancelled and the money fully refunded, They refunded me immediately, the only thing they did right! Obviously, they don't need the small customer, so if you are not thinking of buying in bulk from them, my advice is to avoid them.

Ordered some goods, almost two weeks later I still hadn't received nor heard anything. When chased up, gave some lame 'checking with the warehouse' excuse. Waited another few days, chased again, and they gave the same excuse again word-for-word! eventually I told them to tell me what was going on, and they just refunded the money without giving any excuse or apology whatsoever!
