It still took a really long time to settle on a lender. Too many wanted interest rate that was too high or way too many fees. Still cost us a bundle to refinance.

I had went through 4 other co. No one could help they saved me and it was over so fast everone i talk to there was so kind they got back to me right away i amy so happy for a whole year i tride to stay aflot my husban got dementa he took care of bill i had no ideal we were in trouble i had to take over bills i made f all throug school i had to mail checks all the dr. Stuff i had to try and fix thing on the house well you get the picture . P s i love youall

We literally worked on finding a lender to refinance while going to dinner one evening. It was a very quick process and we were contacted almost immediately. We close today. Our new lender, Rocket, has walked us through the entire process. We couldn't be happier.

Don’t like a computer decide my life or talking to me use real people please

I received an email from LowerMyBills asking if I had considered refinancing our house. It did not seem like the usual junk mail, so I filled out the included questionnaire and submitted it. Not long after, I received a phone call from Alisa of Rocket Mortgage who helped me through the online process of applying for a new mortgage at a much better rate. The loan was conditionally approved two days later, and we will now be saving $420 per month in payments. Thank you, LowerMyBills, for opening this door and opportunity.

The salespeople and staff have been very helpful. The issues we've encountered were with product failures and product delivered damaged.
Failures: Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Wicrowaive.
Damaged: Patio Door, Oven, Hood Vent.

I was interested in refinancing my home loan. As I was scrolling on Facebook I ran across the post for lower my bills. I was in the process of entering my info and the phone rang. The person who called me was very professional and I truly enjoyed talking with him. He immediately connected me with a rep from Rocket Mortgage. My experience was excellent with both companies. I would recommend both companies to anyone who needs help.

It didn’t help me in anyway or did it inform me or give me ideas to better my energy bill.
