I ordered a water and air filter for my refrigerator online as a 2 pack. The air filter did not fit when I received it, so I tried to return it at the store. I was not able to return it because Lowe’s online sent the wrong item numbers and it would not let them take it. I tried to print the label at an ups store, but could not because there was no label showing when trying to print. I call customer service and they tried telling me that I needed to return it to the store after I already explained they could not accept it. Now, I have to go back out to drop it off at the ups store once again after finally being able to print a label. From now on, I will go to a Lowe’s store before ever ordering anything online from them. Especially, since this is not the first time I have had issues after ordering from Lowe’s online. Ridiculous!!!!!
Went to the Douglasville Lowe's great outcome experience …
Went to the Lowe's on Douglas Boulevard to get bricks and chairs. This hasn't been the first encounter with Brad, the Lowe's associate, but everytime we've asked a question he's been more than helpful, he would actually escort you to where the thing it is you are looking for. Back to the bricks and chairs - as he rang us up in the nursery area, he saw that I was loading 30 bricks into the vehicle and immediately came and assisted without question. My wife and I think Brad is awesome.. Kudos to both George the manager and Brad the associate..
Executive Customer Relations saved the day when the manufacturer failed
I recently had a nightmare scenario with an expensive EGO mower kit I purchased from Lowe's. The $439 battery failed just outside the warranty window, and the manufacturer completely ghosted me—even ignoring a formal Better Business Bureau complaint.
While the frontline Lowe's support was tied up by the manufacturer's strict policies, I escalated the issue to Lowe's Executive Customer Relations. Janell and the executive team reviewed my case, recognized my loyalty as a customer, and provided a replacement battery at no cost to me.
It is rare to find a massive retailer willing to step up and absorb a hit because their vendor failed to provide basic customer service. Lowe's proved they actually stand behind the premium products they sell. They kept me as a customer for life.
Great experience
I had an excellent experience at the Buford Lowe’s thanks to Rene, Charlie and Bob at the employees. From the moment I asked for help, they were friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and walked me through the best options instead of rushing the interaction.
What really stood out was their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I left with the right products. It’s rare to find customer service that is this attentive and genuinely helpful.
Employees like this make a big difference and are a big reason I’ll continue shopping at Lowe’s. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and hope they receive the recognition they deserve

This review is against installation support(ANGI) hired by Lowes. Almost 7000 complaints on this platform and over 3000 on another platform against this incompetent company. I do not understand why LOWES continues to partner with angi but as of March 6, 2026, 11:12am they still do. Two appointments scheduled and a no show, no calls, no email, txt. Nothing!!!!How many complaints against angi will it take for LOWES or any company to stop doing business with angi.
Horrible customer service and rude employees
I bought a Kobalt lawnmower because a Lowes manager informed me the brand will have routine parts in stock because it is a Lowes brand. I am trying to buy a blade replacement. Something a Lowes employee assured me would be kept in stock at any local branches. I find that I was lied to as I cannot buy it in my local stores. After going online, calling multiple times, and being hung up while I kept my calm I was provided with no help. I was told they can send me the lawnmower blade if I pay a $79 delivery fee. I was informed when I bought the lawnmower Lowes would support the lawnmower. How is this keeping supplies in stock? It does not cost $79 dollars to ship a box this slim and light weight. Between your horrible AI phone system and rude live agents hanging up I am screwed. I will never buy another lawnmower from this company again and will urge everyone I know to stay away from your stores until a Kobalt 20-in Deck Multipurpose Mower Blade is provided free of charge. I spent hours trying to get your company to do what's right after spending literally thousands between rocks, grills, and other products at your stores in the last few years. How can you advertise and inform a consumer you will keep simple parts such as a lawnmower blade in stock and then try to charge $79 that should cost $10 in delivery max. No wonder other brands are more popular they provide parts in stores for years. I will be posting this terrible experience everywhere until my time and materials needed are covered. I am 27 and plan to spend the rest of my buying power in my lifetime anywhere else such as Home depot. Theodore your manager in the customer care department on 3/6/2026 was absolutely terrible. See requested resolution in my better business bureau complaint. Lowes has become garbage with customer service.

I ordered 3 appliances, was supposed to be given several promotions based on my purchase.
The total was supposed to be $3,222.71.
After I received confirmation of delivery, took time off from work,they called me and part of my order got canceled as suddenly it wasn't available. They wouldn't let me cancel the entire order, as part of it was already delivered.
They canceled 1 appliances, placed a new order for it.
This action voided my discounts.
When I complained about it they gave me ridiculous excuses why they can't honor the discounts.
I didn't break up the order, they did!!!
The final charge was $ 3783.85, about $560 more than I was supposed to pay!!!
The customer service supervisor actually told me, I can call as many times as I want to , nobody will help me refund the difference!
I had to take 3 days off for 1 order and ended up having to pay more!
I will never buy anything from Lowe's again!
Delivery, installation and 2 year warranty was supposed to be all free with my volume discount order, that they broke up into separate orders, so they could claim, I was not eligible for the promotion!

Theft by Lowe's via bogus delivery
Placed an online order for local delivery. The Uber delivery driver never even attempted to make the delivery, I waited 4 hours by my front door. It has been over 2 weeks and I have spent over 6 hours online and the phone attempting to get a full refund. I received a refund for the products that were never delivered, but they will not give me the delivery fee back. I do not feel I should be charged a red cent for a delivery that never happened. I did not cancel the order, nor ever receive it or return it. That is a great hustle if a company gets even $1.00 for an internet interaction/order that never takes place, no product exchanges hands. If a company does this repeatedly, they are going to make a fortune for doing and providing, absolutely nothing, this is all and out theft, literally. I received nothing from them and they charge me a delivery fee.

Worst service ever. After receiving notice order was ready we arrived and checked in and waited a ridiculous amount of time. Then continued to wait and was asked by another associate if we had been helped and we said we think so but no one has come yet and he responded well it is busy, didnt even care to follow up and see if we maybe gotten forgotten. Then 15 min later another associate asked if we were being helped and we said we supposedly had an order for pick up but we'd been waiting way longer than we wanted and if the order wasn't ready then we shouldn't of been sent notification and was told they'll be here as soon as they can. Finally a fella showed up with the order and pushed the pallet out side and cut the straps and stood there as my husband proceeded to load the entire pallet himself of 15 boxes , maybe I'm incorrect in assuming that we would get assistance in loading on a purchase or maybe find a more customer oriented store. This was a purchase of bedroom flooring with the intent to follow behind with replacement of the remaining flooring in the house . This is not the first time the service from Lowe's has been less than optimal. The first time we ordered pella windows with numerous problems and now with the intent of changing all our flooring and barely able to navigate the first room , I am now convinced we will take our business elsewhere for the remaining rooms . Closing the credit card out with lowes. Gave ya all a second chance to remedy the first disastrous experience and no plans for a third chance. My advice is to reestablish customer service training, something these newbies going into the field seem to know nothing about . Good luck with your entitled staffing.

If i could give -0 I would. I ordered a washer and dryer 1/30/26They lied to me 5 times about my washer and dryer. They said they no longer made my washer 3 weeks ago. I had to cancel order and reorder them. Today it was scheduled for today between 10:30 and 2:30. They called me 8:53 this morning and said they no longer made the dryer. I canceled the order . They lied about all of it. I went to Home depot and the same brand same thing. They had it stock. And is supposed be delivered the 14th. Lowes needs held accountable for their lies.

NEVER BUY DOORS FROM LOWE’S
I'd leave a 1/2 a star or negative star if I could. We ordered Masonite and Larson doors from Lowe's in East Brunswick for our front double doors in May, 2025. They were supposed to be ready within 6-8 weeks. With numerous weekly phone call to Lowe's we finally got them 3 1/3 months later. The day they were installed before the installers left we were on the phone with Lowe's. They were not aligned properly, they were rubbing against the door frame on top and there was a big gap on the bottom of the door and the door frame. There were also chips on the Masonite doors. The following morning we looked at the Larson doors (it was too dark when they left to really look at the outside doors) and they were scratched in many places. The bottom frame was scratched and dented. We called Lowe's immediately to let them know the state of the outside doors. Again numerous phone calls, sending pictures of the defects and talking to the customer service representatives, which changed monthly, 5 Months later they called to say they had our doors and could install them the end of February. It took them 5 months to get the same doors we ordered in May of 2025.
When the installer's came that Friday morning they asked me a strange question. "What were we supposed to be having done?" I told them they were replacing the double Masonite doors inside and the double Larson doors outside. Simple. But nothing is simple with Lowe's. They sent the double Larson outside doors and only 1 inside Masonite door for our double doors. We called Lowe's and so did the installers.
We talked to the store manager and customer service. The person that I spoke to the previous week was not known by anyone. As were the other people I have spoken to. So we get, again, a different person. We explain to whole issue to her. She read our file that seems to be on the computer but not everything is there. She was going to call and send the information to Masonite and get new doors reordered again. It should be straightforward. We then get a call on Monday from Lowe's customer service, the manager of Lowe's door department AND an email asking us to send pictures of the doors because they want to match the color of the door. The color of the door was NEVER the issue. There is no way I could make this up. We are still waiting to hear back from Lowe's as to what they are going to do to fix this. I have asked for our money back because they just can't seem to get the doors ordered properly. I'm tired of calling them repeatedly. 10 months later we still have damaged doors. And no help from them.
I would love to get my money back and go to someone who will get this right on the first try.

I wish it was a thing as no stars. Im very disappointed in lowes customer services. All I needed was the doors on my refrigerator adjusted. I been waiting over 3 months. Was given 3 appointments. From now on I'll just buy the small stuff. Never major appliances. If I do it will be right before they leave or I will not except it. Very disappointed😞

I just had Taz and Cameron deliver my new washing machine that I ordered 2 days ago. They were prompt and called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. Both very nice men who carefully brought my machine into the house for me. I've heard stories from people about the delivery not showing up on the delivery date. Today is 3/2/26. But constant verification yesterday and today that they were coming and when they'd be here kept me hopeful. When they arrived, they were so nice with great personalities. I'm extremely happy with my delivery! Thank you Taz and Cameron! Thank you Lowes for sending them!
Do not buy appliance bundle
I purchased an appliance bundle from Lowe’s in order to meet the minimum required for free delivery, installation, and haul away. Installation was included as part of the promotion.
One month later, two appliances arrived damaged. I installed the washer myself. The installers declined to connect the refrigerator water line due the connection pipe being copper. The dishwasher has still not been installed, and I had to dispose of two old appliances myself.
Because installation was listed as a promotional inclusion, I was told I cannot hire a third party and request reimbursement. I purchased based on the advertised services, which were not fully completed or resolved.

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes. The first time I used it, it leaked water covering the kitchen floor. The Manufacturer sent out an independent repairman who said it was a manufacture defect and could not be repaired and Lowes would replace it. Lowes said they would replace it but I would have to pay to have it removed, brought back to the store, pick up and new one and pay to have it installed again. This was not a random purchase, I was remodeling my home and had purchased almost everything from this store as I had done many times over the years. I will now be shopping at Home Depot from now on.
Custom entry door experience from hell
Ordered a custom front entry door the week of Black Friday with the their 20% off sale. Month 1 - delayed, Month 2 - delayed, month 3 the door arrives and the installers show up. Completely wrong door and also damaged. I am in week 3 of trying to get a refund and Lowe's is unresponsive. I've been a loyal Lowe's home improvement purchaser for years. No more. I never expected this from Lowes. From a small suppler, yes. Not Lowe's. Avoid custom door projects from Lowe's at all costs.
So Frustrating
My husband and I are redoing our kitchen. We went to Lowes to find a new kitchen faucet. We found one we liked, but they did not have it in the colors advertised. While we were there, we picked out a new refrigerator and microwave and set a the deliver date a few weeks out. There was a very nice gentleman who assisted us. We put the items on our card (minus the Faucet), plus S&H/delivery and haul away of our old refrigerator. 3 days later, I received a call from the store that the refrigerator we purchased was unavailable, and our money was refunded to an in-store gift card. I told them I don't want a gift card, but the person on the phone could not do anything about it. I went into the store and they were not able to help me and the manager was unavailable. I called the Lowes 1-800 number to cancel the rest of my order, since there is no need to pay the delivery charge on an item I could put in the back of my car. They could not cancel my entire order, because the store put the Refrigerator money on the in-store gift card. They forwarded me back to the store I had all the problems with. The young lady I talked to was very friendly, but said the manager would have to contact Corporate to see if they could move the money back to our Credit card, where it should have been to begin with. Now I don't have refrigerator, and I can't order it from another site because my money it tied up in an In-store gift card. We also purchased the faucet from another company. Waiting to hear back from Lowes. It shouldn't be this hard!
